Can't ask for any better than this one, Mof? :D

Great memory, shame it doesn't show him up too clearly - one to expand upon though?

Can we have a mof style proposal for a DeFreitas one please? If only there was a decent snap of him in a Wanderers' shirt on the web! All you'd need is FAB14 and that's it! There must be one somewhere! Having said that, it's more than a little disappointing that there is such a lack of a Wanderers ...

Spotted a Big Ron-esque Lawro gem earlier in the week..."he hit the ball too well". Which is why it cleared the third tier, Lawro.

Sorry, got mixed up with the Highbury one a year later (another one to add to the mix btw) - McGinlay, McAteer and Lee I think?

Tossers.
Was thinking the same myself.

Should the self-proclaimed "Academy of Football" be throwing out full backs more often than jellied eels or pie & mash?

Are their Bolton shirts less than a tenner yet? Absolute scandal to be charging such high prices!

Actually, have they got any St. George flags in that are bigger than 2 inches? I sort of promised my local that I'd sort one out, but my usual supplier has fooked off on his jollies!

How about t shirts with legendary games, FA cup game against Liverpool for instance and revolve a theme around that? The picture of McGinlay, David Lee and Andy Walker celebrating after the game springs to mind. Having said that, a McGinaly - Wolf slayer one would definitely get my vote. Can we hav...

Would've thought he'd have progressed a bit further from the Wigan academy, he's been doing that for a couple of years now, and their reserves are nearly as bad as ours! On an almost related note, I'm positive I saw Paul Gascoigne near Leigh Sainsbury's on Saturday, was a bloomin' good lookalike oth...

Birmingham striker Emile Heskey has set his sights on joining Blackburn this summer as he would like to team up with former Leicester team-mate Robbie Savage at Ewood Park. Think I'll have to upgrade my computer first - FM2005 works fine (currently taking Partick Thistle in to the UEFA Cup) but I tried running FM2006 on it and it was just painfully slow.

Nice and upbeat and summery.
I'll add My Perfect Day to that as well. Though admittedly, those three tracks aren't quite as chilled out as some of those mentioned previously :)

Sluffy - shouldn't that be Altrin c ham?! Yes sorry it should! I must have been spelling it wrongly for years!   Perhaps there are two places with similar names - fifty years ago I went to school in Hale, Cheshire, which I'm fairly certain was adjacent to Altrin g ham. I've never understood why when a team goes into administration they are deducted 10 points? These teams are usually low in the league, hence their money troubles, so deducting 10 ofter mean's relegation, which puts them in even more trouble (case in point Wrexham last year, pretty safe, then lost 1...

Sluffy - shouldn't that be Altrin c ham?! In 2003/04 there wasn't any teams relegated from the Conference with Margate being kicked out because their ground wasn't good enough, Telford going bust and one of the sides that was due for promotion failing to meet ground regulations - could be looking at...
