I said we just had to win the tie any which way, so credit we found a way. Off to put me pants in the washing machine.

Re: Up Winter Hill Bah't hat. Home to Barnsley, Tues 7th May 8-0 clock
Have felt pretty confident since Friday. This morning though post coffee am absolutely bricking it. Guess it’s just pre match normal fears but seeing Barnsley fans suddenly feel confident isn’t helping. Barnsley fans are suddenly feeling confident? Strange, if true. Probably think they found the fo...

Re: We Must Beat-a-borough - Away v Peterborough, Sat Apr 27th 12:30
There is too much talk. Too much ‘keeping of receipts’. Not enough ‘we are going to internalize this and come out and absolutely win every game we need to’. Re: We Must Beat-a-borough - Away v Peterborough, Sat Apr 27th 12:30
I think it is part of the culture Evatt has created. It's good that it creates a togetherness and a confidence in each other, but it also makes the noises coming from players and manager sound a bit hollow when they're saying we didn't do enough/play well enough etc. That togetherness needs utilisin...

Re: We Must Beat-a-borough - Away v Peterborough, Sat Apr 27th 12:30
I think what many want is someone that pulls the rest of the team up when things are not working or going south. Think Beckham v Greece or Gerrard in Istanbul. I think we've seen glimpses of that with the likes of Thomason, but our 'calm' style of play I don't think lends itself to a bit of blood an...

Re: The Nostradamus file....
The problem is the Championship is a financial basket case. It will become imperative to get promoted again because the finances make even less sense. Then it will become about surviving in the Premiership because of the financial disaster of getting relegated. If we're to be financially stable then...
