Just hoping the pub wifi stretches to the beer garden!
Risky to leave it till matchtime to find out. For safety's sake, you could carry out a reccy this afternoon.
Due to arrive at 15:00. On leave. :-)

Wonder how far Politic is off from recovery?

Last I heard it was going well.

Well I, for one, am quite happy for the shift to the earlier kick off time. It means a far more civilised time of 21:30 for me. Selfish? You bet it is and, you know, I don't care.

BEN look to be suggesting earliest Sarce back would be Morcambe. So whilst it could be a "ruse", not looking hopeful for tomorrow night.

I certainly couldn't be bothered complaining. There's other channels and an off switch. I have no reason to respect nor disrespect someone I don't know.

Ridiculous. His family have my sympathies, like any other family who've lost a loved one. As for the Christian bit, I thought all were equal under the eyes of God and I'm not expecting them to move KO time when I kark it.

Yes, I'd agree, I think we've got a decent L2 squad, I never expected us to win the Premiership. We weren't anywhere near as good, before the January transfer window. Would you want to start Comley, Mascoll, Gordon instead of the current starters, such as Lee, Williams, John and Dapo? As with any sq...

Re: Dirty Old Town, Salford City (A) - Tues 13 April 19:00 KO

Another must win, I suspect for both sides. Junior redshites the only team in England not to have lost at home. Lose to these fcukers should be a disciplinary matter. I'm thinking that I might start with the formation that includes Thomason, rather than Maddison/Delf. Then again, if Cpt. Sarcevic w...

Re: Something in the water? V Harrogate, home, 3-0'clock Sat 10-04 -21

It's sort of back to fine margins for me Insano. I expect in the Prem more likelihood that a player can keep the intensity up for longer than a 4th Division player. I've held that notion for longer than three weeks. They're less likely generally to commit mistakes, more likely to be consistent. All ...

Lee can't have touched it. On current form, if he had, it would definitely have gone wide!
Maybe it's the fluke he needs.
I had started to believe that he's an undercover agent for Tranmere.
He's not been playing poorly. Just shooting poorly.

Their manager in his post match was delighted with their first half tempo and intensity. He also points out that they were only good for it for 45 minutes. Couldn't keep it up for 90. Who'd have thunk it?

First goalscorer Kieron Lee. Behind goal camera shows his touch (intentional?) takes it in, Lloyds shot was going wide.
The other thing from that camera, for a set of can't be arseds without passion, they don't half sound delighted.

Don't think he's right. We didn't have "tempo" in the first half not because of desire, but because we were overrun. You don't have tempo defending. Thomason gave us more stability, more time when we weren't chasing our ass. Unsurprisingly we looked more coherent and shock horror going forward seeme...
