I gather that, but will Coyle play him? Looks as though he'll have no other choice. We can't go killing academy kids by pitting them against a midfield containing a mix of Silva, Vieira, De Jong(?), Barry, Johnston, Milner and Yaya Toure.. The poor feckers'll get butchered and probably won't recove...

It's really not pleasant. I loved it when it the pictures were released but I went to the club shop, and didn't like it the minute I saw it. Thought I'd try it on as it may look better on....but no. I like the way when he doesn't score then the only thing Elmander can be judged on is goals. When he does score then there is suddenly a whole set of new criteria which come into play from his critics. Also love the way you try and make out that all Elmander offers is hard work and missed chances. ...
