Starting an injured player hasn’t filled me with confidence!

Summat off now with Charles - trained with Northern Ireland. Baxter, think they have just been hoping, and he’s out for the season. Either way, doesn’t look good. Need a 1-0 here, can’t see us scoring more than 1. It is strange. Plenty of concerning thoughts on the matter. Is it a repeat of his tim...

To be fair if Sheehan is Ampadus understudy he’s not going to get much of a look in.

Re: The Nostradamus file....
I think Iredale coming in would make more sense - he offers a bit of leadership and a will to win, Toal is better on the right anyway.

Derby had 3 injuries during the game on Saturday alone - I think if that had happened to us it would have joined our list of excuses for not winning. They just got on with it.

Re: Dem Bones, Dem Bones, Dem Bare Bones....
Ramsay cost Liverpool £6million quid… the only game I’ve seen him in he looked like an attacking rwb, was bemoaning him not being on the bench as an option, then I got bored. I don’t think he is injured.

So a nice break now to get some of the injured back… noticeable lack of Baxter updates which isn’t good…Charles, feck knows - if he steps out for Northern Ireland that will be puzzling. What about the longer term - Nlundulu /Johnston? And finally…Calvin Ramsay…. Send a search party out?

I still maintain I wouldn’t pay to watch derby fwiw…but I’d rather have the 3 points. Warne quite respectful to us - suspect he thinks there’s a chance we could be his next job when he’s sacked next season! Fingers crossed we can get up in the play offs…

Re: Not exactly a Derby. Away to The Rams, Sat 16th March 3-0'clock.
Yeah once we went behind there was no chance we would equalise - not even a sniff where we created a scramble or a moment of panic. We had a couple of corners, long throws and it’s then you need your man mountain captain to do what he never does - fight to get on the end of one and cause some panic....

Be nice if our captain made his stature count on set pieces at the other end as well.

Re: Race to the tape: 2024's League One promotion campaign
Stockport and Wrexham both well backed could be up as well. Charlton look to have made a good appointment. Will be tougher next season. I’m a plus one on the above… this was our best chance. Need to turn it around in the play offs.

Two signings we nearly made…Kane Wilson and Joe Taylor… penny for Markhams thoughts… Lincoln absolutely steamrollering into the play offs as well…

Re: Race to the tape: 2024's League One promotion campaign
Realistically now we need Derby to drop 7 points across 6 games to be in with a shout of being second final day (given we have Pompey which I’m assuming we’ll lose). They also have Pompey, but 4 across their other 5 games looks a big ask. Which means the Peterborough game might be a dead rubber agai...

Re: Not exactly a Derby. Away to The Rams, Sat 16th March 3-0'clock.
It also seemed like our shit fans gave us plenty of support and fairly sure I heard Derby's booing (before they scored). At that point, I thought people were supposed to start feeling sorry for themselves... Just listened to Evatt being interviewed by Derek and that was acknowledged. Deserved backi...

Re: Not exactly a Derby. Away to The Rams, Sat 16th March 3-0'clock.
4 points - I’d of fancied it getting interesting if there was a result gap in it, but 4 is a killer. The Blackpool /Wigan double header has killed us. It will always come back to those 2 results. Hopefully we can get some of those injured players back for the play offs - Cameron ‘goals’ Jerome off t...

I thought we were unlucky - better side second half. But I’m not surprised by the result. I suspect that’s the springboard now for a top two, well no doubt get fecking Barnsley in the play offs again….

I think other than Collins they have all played well this half. Really deserve something.
