Seems like it 0 touches to Jerome's 3... According to WhoScored.officer_dibble wrote: ↑Thu Feb 29, 2024 1:09 pmIs that stat about JDB not touching the ball in twenty minutes on Tuesday legit? I can’t recall him having a touch…
Top of the passing and touches charts, the 3 centre backs.

Evatt saying there will be changes from Harrogate as he doesn't want players not having a game for 2 weeks (changed his tune from us being knackered and desperately hoping for the international break! Funny what form can do ;) ) I'd like to see DadBod and Charles together for this match, build up th...

Re: Jon Dadi….
I think rustiness / confidence definitely plays a part, I remember watching the shooting practice they do in the warm up before games when I was in the crowd of the Reading game and I'm pretty sure Bodvarsson missed the majority if not all of the 3-4 shots he had. When he came on last night though h...

3-5-2 was always to get the best out of Santos and perhaps Jones and Iredale (with them being more fullbacks than traditional centrebacks) with Santos out, Jones out. 4-3-3 is an option, but with the current fit players, I can't see a strong candidate for right wing (Williams is perfectly capable on...

Can Mbete play Wednesday? Assuming he was at Huddersfield first half of season and not playing for Man City U21s in the pizza cup? So if Jones is out we only have 2 fit center backs.

Was worried Dempsey had broken his foot. When he stayed down, there were audible gasps from behind the goal. Hope it’s noting a few days of rehab can’t fix It's us. It'll be a ligament strain and 6 weeks out. Did he walk off? I missed it. If so then ankle ligament strain is pretty hard to walk on. ...

Phew, glad that's over, the lack of outball for 60 mins is really worrying for the future, won't get away with that against the better teams.

Johnston on for Kachunga and throw Toal up top. I'd leave the back line exactly as it is. Sadlier on for Kachunga. In truth, we're just looking to see this one out now. Take the three points. Agreed at least Sadlier has a desire to shoot, where as Kachunga always seems to be looking for the pass.

And now we need another forward :| https://www.theboltonnews.co.uk/sport/23263015.bolton-wanderers-striker-jon-dadi-bodvarsson-ruled-season/ Big problem that, Charles seems to play better with Jon next to him and terrible timing with 2 forwards leaving. So that leaves us Charles, Nlundulu, Kachunga...

Re: January 2023 Transfer Window
Probably is similar to the Sarcevic situation. John probably expected to be a certain starter with his assist numbers from last season. Evatt preferred a more rotational approach with Iredale and then Beck. Then the final nail in the coffin for John is the fact that Iredale, R Williams, Beck, Sadlie...

Charles and Kachunga up front, Dapo in behind at 10. Beck starting at LWB.

Yeah I read about the sickness bug and it did feel like we were getting excuses in early. We have enough to beat this lot as proven at the end of last season. We just need to get over this wet and windy away ground surrender that we do so often. This league is full of teams like this and we have to ...

He’s got the ideal game to try something different this week. And Bradley is now suspended for our annual disappointment at Accrington. Definitely, an opportunity for the strikers to get a goal and confidence against Leeds kids and with Bradley out and John out of favour, no point persisting with w...

Good win, looking ahead of the curve on the like for like games against the same teams (or nearest equivalent) versus last year. 17 points vs 11 points.

Hoping for a strong commanding home win today. Charlton are the sort of mid table teams we need both home and away wins from if we have any desire for playoffs or better.
Would like to see Sadlier continue at #10 for his goal threat. Too early for Beck I'd say so Iredale at LWB.

Sadlier always seems to nick a goal despite relatively limited game time. I wonder if his goals can help force his way into the starting lineup despite not having a natural position in the current system.

Played a secret friendly against Wigan today. Lost 1 nil. Kachunga missed a pen. Wyke scored theirs. One name I don't recognise second half. "Atkinson" subbed on for Bradley on 60 mins. I assume they mean Aimson and not a new RB! https://www.bwfc.co.uk/news/2022/july/friendly-wanderers-0-wigan-athle...
