Re: Bolton - Leeds

The matches in April are: 5.4-7.4 BVB - Augsburg (this could be easy, when you will order tickets very early, because Augsburg is a boring club) 19.4-21.4 BVB - Mainz (Mainz has a bigger crowd than Augsburg, but I think you have a good chance, too) So, not the most attractive matches, but good chan...

Re: away to birmingham

Impossible to say where we will finish this season, its the kind of division where a few wins or a few defeats near the end of the campaign can make or break you regardless of how rubbish a team have been. But, with this mon in charge we wont be going anywhere fast. Saturday may well see another gri...

Re: Should our police force be armed?

I voted no, as I believe it would lead to virtually an arms race between the police and criminals and make policing even the smallest crimes potentially fatal. Events like today really test that belief though, the thought of the fear and unpreparedness those poor women must have felt sickens me. My ...

Re: No Easter home game for us, then

This thread has raised the question that the Huddersfield game might end up being on TV. What about the Charlton match? That might end up getting shifted to the Sunday now the Huddersfield match is on the Tuesday. I for one am quite looking forward to the Charlton match. Always entertaining fixture...

Now Im more convinced than ever that the entire Team GB Olympic and Paralympic men and women will win a huge one off SPOTY award. How do you say one is more deserving than another out of all these choices?

Re: away to birmingham

To be honest I'll be quite happy to never visit St Andrews again because 1: Nothing is ever ever going to beat that Quarter Final there (and in much the same way as Old Trafford, been once, seen us win, why go back?) and 2: its an utter shithole!

Re: owen out 2012/2013

I went to Rochdale 0-1 Burton Albion with a Dale supporting workmate. Fancied something a bit different, instead a got a team with no attacking ideas and a stand full of people calling for the managers head!

Re: Is anybody not convinced yet

Isn't there meant to be coaching in between games? I'm convinced there is no game plan, no studying of the opposition, no tactics just a 'go out and express yourself' mentality. The team needs coaching. Start with pass the ball then move. Massive gaps all over the pitch. Always look like conceding ...

Re: Would we survive the premiership this year?

Someone who would answer the phone for a start. Gus Poyet, off the top of my head. I don't want a organise them make it shit to watch type. I could handle that in the Prem, but with the players we've got, properly organised we should be beating teams at this level. Someone who'll get them looking l...
