Re: Reconstruction time again: the summer 2018 transfer thread
Stokey lad at work said Ireland's last stoke contract was only £5K a week for last 2 years due to historic injury problems but was full of praise otherwise, assuming similar wage expectations wouldnt be worst signing if able to keep fit

I know weve had some bad refs this year both for and against us but jesus!!!! Luton player basically gets booked for being in pain with a broken leg -
Not much class by Pompey fans either.

Re: Lennon gone - official
so - "mutual consent" - what does that actually mean? Does it mean we are still paying him squillions to pay off his contract - or - if he is agreeing to go - we're not sacking him... or does it mean they've done a deal to not pay him as much as he might have been paid if he didn't consent? I usual...

Re: Lennon gone - official
Hopefully (a phrase lets face it we probably use too often) Jimmy Phillips having had such a huge part in the upbringing of the youths will say ok lets give woolery and all the other deserving youngsters some more game time ready for next year.

Re: Three in a row? Pozzotively. No sting in this tale!
Beckford seems to be on a great roll at the moment!! Even if it was a cock up by Almunia least he had the reactions to latch onto it. Hopefully it was just a case of finding his feet and playing regularly again

Re: Best Performance in a White Shirt?
Its gotta be Jaaskelainen's double penalty saves against Blackburn when we won 1-0 in 2006 for me. There's just something nostalgic about them 2 saves

Re: The Peacocks are coming to get roasted!
Andre Moritz has a lot to learn. It is all about the moment. If you are winning and you have a bad shot everyone will clap. But if you are losing 3-0 then people will boo you. No Andre, you are at Bolton now. If you're winning and have a bad shot then a lot of our fans will moan, stand up and screa...

Re: The Peacocks are coming to get roasted!
I had a weird dream last night. In it I was unable to go to the match but checked on my phone for the score & we were 1-2 down after about 20min. I checked later for the final score ... it was 2-7 !! Just saying. stop it, you'll give me knightmares. http://www.survivingcollege.com/wp-content/upload...
