Re: WBA Parking

Get to one of the Metro tram park and rides (early, mind) and catch a tram to The Hawthorns. Doesn't take long and avoids the jams at the end. http://www.networkwestmidlands.com/metro/trammap.aspx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; Thats a good shout, Ill look into it now. If nothing el...

Re: Time to go

Sure, if we lose miserably to West Brom and Everton we'll be back to square one. I think it puts the Wembley ghost to bed and hopefully gives us some confidence moving forwards, but proof is in the pudding. He's right you know.... Theres so much negativity on this thread. Good to see a realsitic, p...

Re: Time to go

You've gotta ask yourself who we'd replace Coyle with. Sven? Shteve McClaren? Neither are better than Coyle for me, and we probably couldnt even attract those two. The only manager avaliable thats better than him is Martin O'Neil, and thats an unrealistic venture. I think his tactics can be a bit na...

Re: Lee and Holden

Cahill is going through the motions untill Jan comes, I dont think thats any secret. When you have an england international in the back 4 and your goal difference is -12 after 9 games, it speaks for itself.

Re: Lee and Holden

Davies, Robbo and Jussi are too old now, Klasnic and Petrov arn't putting the effort in. Bogdan hasn't fully develpoed yet, Cahill doesn't want to wear the shirt anymore. I really hate pessemistic football fans but I do think we have deep-running problems. When CLY and Stu come back, we will get the...

Re: Official Gary Cahill transfer thread

Its a real possibility that he'll go on a free next summer. He's still young as centre-backs go, so the big clubs might see the sense in waiting another year for him and saving a bundle. I can imagine the likes of Citeh will see the benefits of giving him another year of Premier League experience be...

Re: Blackpool

Great Lever Whites will be out in force for this one, all managed to get tiks. I can see Old Bill being over this one all day. I expect anyone who gets of the train to be cordoned and marched straight to the stadium. Any idea if there are other police measures being taken? Dry trains etc? Also, I'm...

Re: Blackpool

I've never had any experience with Bpool fans, I'm only a 21 year old whippersnapper. They sound like a lovely bunch though! I've had a bit of a soft spot for the Bpool this year, but from what Ive heard about the fans im changing my mind fast.

Re: Blackpool

It will turn ugly. As close to a guarantee as you want. Yeh, Im pretty certain that things are gonna end on a sour note. Think we'll do our drinking on the train and back in the motherland, only a few glasses of G&T obviously. Dont be a girl! Plenty are staying over on the Saturday for a reet rough...

Re: Blackpool

Really glad to have got tickets for this, it was a close one. Does anybody know of away-friendly bars near the stadium? Or is it a better idea to avoid the place, cant see the fans being too friendly if we virtually relegate them.

I'm a big fan of Hugo Rodallega, and Wigan are on their way down. Be a great bit of business if we can get him for under 5mil.
