Re: The Official Xbox 360 Thread
Think the FIFA demo will be a "non-final" build, but honestly - I can't remember at this point.
They released the older demo for PES so the community could perhaps find anything they missed, Konami do listen to the fans. The next demo will be nearer final build though.

Re: TKIZ's impossibly brilliant all new Transfer Rumours thr
If SWP has chosen QPR then I'm really happy we dodged a bullet with him.
That's not sour grapes, but any player who would choose QPR over Bolton, well, they aren't in the game for a right reasons.

Re: The Official Xbox 360 Thread
The second build is vastly improved. Just saying like.
FIFA 12 is very very different too. Entirely new tackling/pressure system.

The PES 2012 demo is based on preview code (old build), there is going to be a second demo next month.

Rugby World Cup is ace. I don't even like Rugby but I like the game. It could look a bit better, but gameplay wise it's the best Rugby game I've played. Controls are very intuitive too.
We'll have a "First Look" video of it up on GodisaGeek tomorrow at some point.

Re: Bolton v Blue Moonies
I thought at times we were trying too hard to be Arsenal MkII. Davies had a chance to shoot, didn't. Eagles had a chance to shoot, didn't.
I'm all for "pretty football", but ffs have a shot when it's on.

Re: Bolton v Blue Moonies
did no one else think Eagles was our best player today? city looked much more comfortable when he went off Thought he grew into the game, but looked quite shy at first. Once he got into it, he looked bloody brilliant. As soon as he went off we reverted to "Jussi >>>> Davies", which I think is rathe...

Steinsson really isn't that bad.
Playing Robbo on the right, and Alonso on the left however, is pretty rough.

Weren't the City fans booing him being subbed off?Annoyed Grunt wrote:Never gave up, kept going until the end. Silly mistakes for their goals.
Only grumble for me was the booing of Aguero, why?
Or maybe it was our fans booing him for historic reasons, ie the red card for spitting at Taylor?

Re: Bolton v Blue Moonies
I actually was referring to numerous occasions BWFC_I, not always through a bad pass either. His chest and headed control often gave the ball away. I'd still have him in the team, over Muamba to be honest, but I wasn't impressed with him on the whole, just thought he did ok. His short passing was f...

Gotta wonder why Mark Davies isn't playing instead of Muamba...or Pratley for that matter!

I may be wrong, but judging from Coyle's comments, I don't think we'll be seeing SWP in a Bolton shirt any time soon.jimbo_bwfc wrote:SWP or another

Re: Bolton v Blue Moonies
Ultimately, when you are facing a team that has Ballotelli and Tevez on the bench, whilst you yourselves have Blake and Blakemen...well, let's put it this way, if you think too hard about it, you start to wonder why it's worth even having the fixtures. Oh and if I didn't know better, I'd really feel...

Positives: A great performance, really energetic and never gave up. Klasnic's goal was amazing. Eagles looks great, really grew into the game. Mark Davies looked great, can run through defences, nobody else in our team can. Petrov smiling, and a wondercross for Klasnic's goal. Cahill looks a world c...

I don't think Cahill will be leaving personally, but we *have* to get him to pen a new contract somehow if he stays.
