Re: Lofthouse Book

Just after his death, unsigned copies were selling on Ebay for over £100. A signed copy would have gone for much more then. But that's the "newsworthy" factor as it were - the book was mentioned in a lot of obituaries. I would imagine interest has worn off now.

Mill Hill isn't far to walk, about 10 minutes from the ground.

Re: Lofty - RIP

Very sad news. My Dad went to a game at Burnden in a box and Nat used to come in and present everybody with a gift. He asked for an autograph for me and thanked him and Nat said, "No. Thank YOU for asking me." What a man.

Gareth Bale is just going to rip us apart, I'm really concerned. I thought we performed well on Sunday but that was the worst Liverpool side I've ever seen. Saturday's going to be a nightmare and I hope I'm wrong.

I don't think I've ever had a problem with the police in this country at the football. Not even when we played Fulham at Loftus Road.

Just imagine the chaos if it had been Bolton vs Rangers in the UEFA Cup final at Eastlands! And they thought there was trouble with Rangera & Zenit!!! What a disaster that would have been! Lisbon drew Rangers after they beat us so it wouldn't have happened. How couldn't it have happened? We might h...

It has been all over the news recently, the stories are dreadful. The one in the Mirror on Saturday about the man who went with his Grandma and managed to escape while she died was just awful.

Looks like the Americans have finally had enough. I suspect Benitez announcing he was staying until 2014 will have had nothing to do with it. Pricks. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/l/liverpool/8624597.stm Wonder how long the new guys will go from Messiah to public enemy number 1? I'...
