With covid and some personal family shit going on, I could really do with the Wanderers bringing some much needed sunshine into my life - The useless tw*ts. I backed Keith Hill, even beyond the Accrington humiliation, but by the end as his gibberish really started to grate, I was glad to see the ba...

I have a good friend who is a Tranmere fan. He said we battered them for a bit, admits they should've been down to 10, and that the penalty shouldn't have been. Easy to.be magnanimous in victory, but sounds like we were a ref and a Delaney from 1 or even 3 points today. However these hard luck stori...

I mean who are we all replacing Delaney with? Greenidge is quite possibly the worst defender we’ve ever had and Baptiste is a clown at the best of times. Brockbank wouldn’t get a game for any other team in this division. WTF is Taft doing playing for a team we need to finish above? Grandad Gilkes i...

Aye. Spend 6 months getting his sharpness back and then come back to us in the summer.

Evatt as much as said this week Arthur isn’t a starter just yet. Delf is an option. I think Elbo will be fine, he’d only trained once with the rest last week. Worth a do anyway. We’ve been complaining a while that we didn’t have any options - now we do - let’s hope they work. I understand the Arthu...

Good luck to the lad. He’s never struck me as a billy big bollocks - he was rather forced out the door at our place and it hasn’t worked out for him. Hope he gets his career back on track. Agreed. Always liked him and would love to see him do well again. And get a move somewhere more palatable. 😁

I really don't think that Lincoln lad should be starting. He did nothing last week and shouldn't have started then either. Integrate him, let him show something from the bench and earn a start. Arthur and Darcy should be ahead of him for a start. It's ridiculous.

Re: Season 20-21

We're Real Madrid in training, it's a high bar for the lad. The players only look like Real Madrid in training because they are playing against themselves, I suspect most teams would look like Real Madrid if they played against our players in training. That is an excellent point. I hadn't considere...

Mmmm 18 month deal. Ian Evatt probably conducted the medical himself...
I know. When I read about the hip surgeries I gave up any real hope of him playing enough to be a big influence, which is a shame.

Re: FV Recruitment Model

I think.it suggests long term planning and with Evatt at the heart of it, which is both admirable in their faith in him, but also slightly worrying in that I don't share it. :D Still, while people have questioned their knowledge of running at football club, it's greater than mine! I also have a lot ...

People get their knickers in a twist over this sort of thing, then they largely go on to do nothing. Look at that samizadeh character, scored a few goals against children and was going to be the next big thing. Mainly famous now for a passport fraud trial. I'm really not bothered unless they're play...

Sad to hear Manu Mystry succumbed to Corona virus and died yesterday. A decent bloke from a nice family who have been neighbours to us for many years.. Re: Half season predictions

I think we are where we deserve to be and that's where we'll stay roughly. I could see a slight upturn but nowhere near the consistency to take us to the playoffs.
13th, unlucky for some.
A worst ever league finish, adding to the raft of recent records broken.

Re: Will we be at the races? Cheltenham (h) Saturday 16 Jan 15:00 KO (GMT)

Evatt described Gnahoua as an "impact" player in his post-match interview, saying that he wants to get some structure and pitch intelligence in him. It sound like he's going to have a wait on his hands. Today was the obvious time to start him after Tuesday, with Elbouzedi on the bench. He was poor,...

Re: Will we be at the races? Cheltenham (h) Saturday 16 Jan 15:00 KO (GMT)

Unconvincing, as ever. It's another point against one of the league's better teams, but should really have been more. I think this is our lot now until next season. It's just about getting through it. Been thinking that way for a good while now, ever since that mini run turned out to be a false daw...
