Re: European Finals.
Just let them go and hopefully football will return to it's grass roots.
IMHO the premier league have a bloody cheek feeling let down the birth of that was the start of the downfall, any TV novelty will soon wear off.

Re: Frank Worthington
Sometimes in life there are things you don't want to hear, they make you shiver and go cold, this is one of them.
Frank, one of the most talented footballers of that era, the entertainer, put a smile on your face especially at Old Trafford.
RIP Fonzie, thank you.

You've got to love the Irish Mammy! ☘️ 😉😅 😂 Young Paddy invited his mother for dinner, during the course of the meal his mother couldn't help but notice how lovely Paddy's flat mate, Joanne, was. She had long been suspicious of a relationship between the two, and this only made her more curious. Ove...

Re: Today I'm happy about......
Well, we may be catching up with the UK rollout a little. The wife and I get our first Covid jabs on Saturday. probably Pfizer but I'll take whatever is going. None of that Russian muck, mind! I don't think we have to wait 12 weeks for the booster. I guess I'll find out. Good news Monty. Hubby’s ha...

Happy today as I had my virus injection this morning. . I'm a home visit so I've had to wait. Wife got hers some time back attending clinic, but now mine's done too, thank God. Do you need a second booster shot? We are miles behind you in Canada - well at least in Quebec. Not that I know of ...

My problem with 'expert's are idiots who last March supported a lockdown yet told us allowing a million a day to arrive or pass through because "it didn't matter" from places like China! Don't get me started on that so called mathematician prof lockdown.

Re: Today I'm angry about.....
Covid deniers and anti vaxxers. First, who on earth can seriously believe so many people involved in treatment for the China virus can keep a mass cover up or exaggeration secret? Second, most of us were vaccinated against measles and Polio as kids, way, way back when science and genetics were hardl...

Absolutely fascinated by these Reddit internet edgelord's who have basically bankrupted a $13bn hedge fund, essentially for the lols. There's a bit of me that thinks someone innocent must be getting burnt somehow, but it certainly *seems* p*ss funny. There is certainly something curiously funny abo...

But essentially people who don’t like stuff like a lockdown can find an easy answer on social media...it’s all a hoax, it’s just a bad flu, it’s a conspiracy etc etc...and convince themselves and others in their network that it’s all true,..I mean if all you see is nutters telling you it’s all lies...

It seems representative of the world we now live in, this virus mess seems to have brought all sorts out of the woodwork. I mean come on, new world order, the great reset, Gates secretly micro chipping everyone via vaccines, Dr's and NHS employees all lying, a master shadey group controlling the wor...

Re: The Politics Thread
Shocking what happened in the US yesterday, democracy as we envisage it is disappearing. Trump lost, he should accept that if he was worried about election fraud he had enough time to start an enquiry into the voting mechanism well before the election, sore loser. Mind you the UK in recent times has...
