Three or four sliding tackles from behind and every time has just been perfect.

Re:

The way I look at it, is that other sides such as Spuds or Citeh can buy success, but we've earned it. Aye - got a pi$$ed up message from a City supporter about half past six last night, saying "Tevez, top goalscorer - who the fcuk is Elmander" I just pointed out that for £500m they'd managed 19 go...

They go for it,we go for it (and it's oddly nice to say that) so should be a great game. Can't see either side keeping a clean sheet, hopefully we're better at attacking than they are. Teams like this (thinking back to Burnley last season, Hull season before that) it's best to play them as late as p...

Hope leading reason and I voted no. I do hope he'll realise that Coyle is the man to get the best out of him and he's finally got the system here working in a way that needs him and that he's good in.

Whether he will - or if he does but his agent is too influential - is another matter.

Prufrock's already said much of what I've been thinking in a far more eloquent fashion than I'd manage, but do people understand how much they sound like Arsenal/Hammers/Other w*nkers when Davies was called up? Bothroyd is a big target man who is in great form even though he's maybe not the most tec...

Just shows what absolute bollox goes on in football. Huddlestone knew fxxking well what he was doing because the ball was long gone. It was a really dirty attack that got away with murder. Clicks my mind back to Gerard on Nolan ( He wouldn't do it on purpose, he's my mate) and Dion Dublin on...? Ca...

Best I've seen us play for a long long time, think we pressed and harried very well when we didn't have the ball and when we did there were some really high quality passages of play.

All of the goals as well (even the penalty) were lovely finishes, so proud of the boys today.

Doesn't take a genius to see how much this means to Davo, so happy for him. Whilst I can't see him becoming England's new star striker, indeed I've got little confidence that he'll make any significant impact (or have the opportunity to do so), he definitely deserves this as a reward for how much ef...
