In all probability you won't get to make an appearance. You'll be sat outside the court for an hour and then the CPS will come to you and tell you that you can go now. Have you any idea how letigious GettyImages are? My wife works for a charity and they used a single image of theirs without permission and they got hit for over £1000 in damages.
