It seems every week a match is halted due to some medical emergency. I can't remember this happening in the past.

Re: Where will we finish?

I would love to see us promoted but I do fear that at this moment in time of team development its not the right time. Good solid promotion season next year will do me.

On the subject of Tuesday fixtures, yes we need a win to maintain the status quo but looking at next Saturdays line ups there are some tasty fixtures which will certainly see some movement. Big big week.

Yep we gained a point today on 6th , the next 4 matches all look winnable. If, and I know if is a little word with a big meaning, we can gain one point on each of the next 4 match days we will be very well placed. Those above will be looking downwards at the chasing pack knowing a slip up may be cos...

Good performance. Should have been about 6/7///tbf. :-)
Spot on, but 3 good points makes the next 4 games very interesting

And Portsmouth have scored 3 with only 10 men.
And the Accys goalie is called Savin - clearly not savin enough.

I would like a couple more goals for us obviously.
By the way Dapo has been poor IMO

Playing Gordon would be like putting a shire horse on a tiara.

Re: Are those Yellowbellies marching over Winter Hill? v Lincoln Home Tues 22nd Feb

Couldn't attend last night unfortunately but just watched the ifollow extended highlights. In the build up to Sadliers goal an Imp goes down on the right hand side when he is robbed of the ball, he then appears to be fatally wounded judging from his reaction but then when he realises play has contin...

Re: New Balls please, but not fifteen Love. V Wimbledon Home,19th Feb.2022 1500 hrs.

Just got back from the match. That was as comfortable as it gets, once we went two up we looked like scoring with every attack - even Rico had a couple of gallops forward and one very decent attempt from a corner. Our forwards looked a constant threat and shout out to Dempsey and Morley to not miss ...

Things aren't always as they seem but, according to the Mail, Sunderland supporters are furious. Not about losing 6-0 to the Whites but about who owns the club. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-10516449/Fuming-Sunderland-fans-hit-chairman-reveals-former-owners-hold-majority-share....

Baka in for Dapo, Lee replaces Dempsey, and Johnston returns in favour of Aimson. Otherwise, we're unchanged.

Xav's on the substitutes' bench, the reserve goalkeeper isn't.
Think I would rather a keeper be on the bench instead of Baps.

Heart in mouth a bit there. Right call I think but you never know with these refs
Charlton players did their best to influence the ref.

Re: Addicks in the 'Bok: Wanderers v Charlton (H), Tuesday 8th Feb, 8pm KO

Aye - as it says, appeal will have been Monday - so we should have known by 6PM yesterday. Whether it's in our interests to publish to all the outcome until it's updated in public domain, I doubt. Surely the opposition should know by now as well. Don't think it would be entirely fair for them to pl...
