Pfiddle. Wedding Crashers had me laughing on and off during the film. It's what I paid for and its what I got. I'd give it a **** star rating.

Zulu, There is a trap that can catch me. Fortunately though, this trap can only be executed by the Berlin Police on one motorcycle whilst leaning over the side of a boat. Something along the lines of this (Which sadly has befallen my piratey friend, Argh!): http://img278.imageshack.us/img278/1104/ar...

CrazyHorse, I understand where you're coming from but there is something you've got to take into consideration. Take scientists. Scientist methodology takes the information they have at present and uses it to the best of their ability to provide a reasonable outcome. This method may not always prove...

CrazyHorse, Yup, you can ask any question you want. http://www.edge.org/q2005/images/interrogate150.jpg And if you REALLY want. You can go and look up some other questions that'll leave you thinking for a bit. I suggest checking this out and reading some of them. http://www.edge.org/q2005/q05_print....

Bench, Tom Haynes is none other than one of the original 'tasteful dj's'. Oh yes. For this exclusive offer you get a gauranteed disc jockey for prime entertainment as recommended by the Don himself. Here's what Don has to say on the matter: 'On the day of the wedding the disc jockey becomes your per...

Another good movie I strongly recommend anyone to go watching is that Wedding Crashers film. I thought it was going to be quite the drivel due to the premise of it and Owen Wilson's appearance but they both pull the movie off extremely well and its got enough comedy in it to make you feel like its a...

Plodder, no apologies necessary. I am in full agreement with you on this one. Take the Harry Potter thread for example (soon to be removed I hope), pure show of disrespect to other members. As if that wasn't bad enough we've had a number of fecktards ploughing pure tripe through the messageboards. B...

Soldier, Your question is very leading, it seems you've already made youre mind up about what you're wanting to do, yet you're just looking for that extra push to go do it. While I wouldn't necessarily recommend either I would suggest you follow what you think is right for you. What I can recommend ...

Ratbert, Concept 1: The Movement Image (Pre WW2 Cinema & Hollywood) The movement image consists of characters in positions dictated by the narrative from which they perceive things, react, and take action in accordance to the events around them. The movement-image is a form of spatialized cinema: ti...

warthog wrote:Bench,

I suspect you are trying to convey to your mate that he is a cissy for drinking lager. A perfectly laudable aim.

Try this. Bitter is brewed with seeded hops whereas lager is brewed with seedless hops. So your mates beer has effectively had it's nuts chopped off.
Well said that man.

Sorry misread Beer for Bitter.. Well, Lager is a Beer. Your comparison is like comparing a Dalmation to the Dog Family. Its a part of it just with minor differences. Beer can have varying styles of fermentation like Ales whereas a Lager is specifically set to a specific form of fermentation. Your ma...

Bench, Bitter is top-fermented, hoppy, dry, and lightly carbonated. Lager is made with a bottom fermenting yeast, and are characteristically "smooth, elegant, crisp, and clean. Lagers - Lagers are brewed using a "bottom-fermenting yeast". This kind of yeast sinks to the bottom of the wort to do most...

Yeah, but as I was posting the response to Bench's question to me. You snuck in and did it first, so I edited mine to make more sense and rather than detracting my original post, I left it up there for Bench to see. Save having wasted time searching for it. Dreadfully sorry if I answered a question ...

Bench, Paying through the nose is said to originate from popular folklore, which says that phrase dates back to 9th century Ireland. Viking raiders would demand tribute from the local Irish and slit open the noses of anyone who refused to pay. I do not know whether not Vikings were among the first t...

Sad to hear that Bench as I plan on going seeing it sometime in the near future.

As far as ripping the story to peices and changing it to be all American. It's almost the in-thing at the moment with American film makers. I'm just glad its not all 'lets be loud and obnoxious'.

So is Diuof all we can afford then? Is that your big signing. Cos we need some fillers to cope with the number of games this season. You know, if we were to sign a Two Time African Player of the Year with a track record as good as Dioufy's it would be our big signing. But considering he's just been...
