Re: Pubs of Bolton

Just remembered another Breightmet pub. The Mosley Arms on Red Lane. Somehow found myself in there one night at the age of 18-19. Can't for the life of me think why i'd have been there.

Re: Pubs of Bolton

Used to have the Castle at the junction of Crompton Way/Tonge Moor Road as my local. The place had a dodgy reputation, but I can honestly say that in all the times that i've supped in there, I never saw an ounce of trouble. Mind you, that could be down to John Wayne being a local. Anyone who ...

Re: The "Nothing to see here"Transfer thread

By the way. Was I the only one who noticed that Beagrie -the-Sky-Pundit make reference in the build-up to Burnley-Bolton how he'd like to see maybe a Beckford-Sordell partnership. A lot of he research he put in then, eh? The clueless cnut was just talking about Lewis Grabban of Bournemouth, playing...

Even though I was at the game, I have absolutely no recollection of Julio Cesar, from the season that we started with a home win over Charlton.

If it were on cbeebies I'd cut them some slack (having said that, I never forgive the BBC for 'Rentaghost', which even as a child, I recognised as being shit), but it's not. I'm stunned. Absolutely stunned. Take that back. :Jedi: The first series was ace with Fred. Admittedly, it wasn't as good aft...

It's just weird, isn't it. The client we work for hired someone to do some work in India. In meetings prior to her starting they kept describing her as 'The resource', so like 'the resource will do this', 'hopefully when the resource starts'. I mean saying her name wouldn't kill you, and also wouldn...
