6-0
At least it'll need to be, if we're to claim our rightful place atop of the table.

Interesting move, good luck to him. Wonder how he'll fancy playing in 35C heat.
Sydney FC have had Dwight Yorke and Del Piero as strikers in the past. Not bad company.

Thought many/most of our players lived in Manchester, Tim Ream excepted.

Re: Reconstruction time again: the summer 2018 transfer thread
Trent Sainsbury now available on a free. Would fit the bill for a speedy centre back with a pass on him, and revolutionise our side.
QPR were the front runners, but looks like he's having a medical at PSV, (or as Steve McLaren would say - Pee Essssshhhh Vee).
At 26, he'd sell-on for a mega profit.

Sounds like Steinnson when he first arrived. Like Steinnson, I'm sure we'll soon coach that out of him.GhostoftheBok wrote: ↑Sat Jul 21, 2018 6:14 pmOlkowski looked a class above every other defender on the pitch - solid tackling, positioned well, good touch and always looked for a forward pass.

Trent Sainsbury would be the Australia centre back to get (was on loan at Inter Milan), but looks to be heading to QPR or Villa.

Re: Reconstruction time again: the summer 2018 transfer thread
Milligan's played his entire career as a centre mid, and been pretty average I would say. When he was linked last year with us, I wasn't impressed. But he played all 3 games at the WC as a centre back, and was damn good. Apparently his first games ever in that position. Against the WC winners, he wa...

Re: The Promotion Commotion Transfer Thread 2017
Get Tim Cahill in. Left Melbourne City last week to get some game-time before the World Cup. Has said he doesn't need money, just wants to be playing in the next 6 months, so he can get to the World Cup and hopefully score in 4 consecutive Cups. He's about 90, but still scoring in big games, is a t...
