But who are they giving the rest to, we fans or the players? Theres been times when frankly I just wish they'd swap ends at HT and get it over with it, its that boring. Or just not have a second half. FIFA should bring that in for games like Blackburn at home this season - clear that no one ws goin...

Not heard a squeak about this myself. I prefer dancing on lice. Less visible harm to the creatures invovled.

A break from high intenstity stuff for 20 mins before starting again will lead to more injuries and not less. Stupid idea. As you say - teams keep the players moving at half time anyway.

He's never been a good tackler technically. Always a danger of somert like this happening. He'll find those amazing geordie fans a little harder to win over after that. So that's him and Guthrie sent off for horror tackles this season . Take it Newcastle won't be wanting to take McCann or Davo off ...

They did something similar to us while on holiday there. My dad got stopped for speeding in our hired Hyundi Tucsan and the police took down our details, only for a letter to arrive at home a few weeks later from the Irish police addressed to a Mr Terence Tucsan. Muppets.

Woke up this morning to Transmission by Joy Division which gave way around lunch time to James and Laid. In the last hour Andy You're A Star has become the number 1 between my ears. Random selection, all class songs though.

Oh, and my point on this thread was how good value £9 to watch Saints V Warrington on Friday was. I was made to play union every Saturday at school up until leaving at 18, but it never grabbed me. In fact, I pretty much hated how most age-group sides filled the teams and became successful by pickin...

:| Great cricket, great sport in general, but theres only one man to blame for the result . Without labouring the point, if only we'd spent an extra hour bowling instead of fannying about batting. No, there isn't. It will have been a team decision. Senior players, bowlers and coaching staff will al...

Well in Swanny bowling a huge floaty full toss with everyone round the bat. Cue the ball being smashed straight into Pietersen's wrist to probably break it.

Game over. Draw. Shitty England. 10 overs at the last 2 and not even a chance. Throwing that away has thrown the series away.

Was the extra hour or so that it took to get to 500 really going to make a difference to Fred or Harmison? Doesn't look like it has to me, and they both spent some of that time batting, not sticking their feet up. It's just too negative for me. Get to 450 and just back your bowlers, if the Windies ...

Channel Five Depends what region you live in. Freeview may be best if you want to get that. I've got Freeview. I don't get Dave either. Or ITV2. I do get Channel 4 but I've never got South Park. I get Dave. Mainly one for students who want to watch a 24 hour feed of Top Gear and Dragon's Den...

How about classing it as an ethnicity? Takes into account race, religion, beliefs, language etc, so may be a more definitive term?
