Oh, and my point on this thread was how good value £9 to watch Saints V Warrington on Friday was. I was made to play union every Saturday at school up until leaving at 18, but it never grabbed me. In fact, I pretty much hated how most age-group sides filled the teams and became successful by pickin...

Quite like playing it though, but I agree - pointless watching end to end stuff where every attack sees a goal.

Depends what region you live in. Freeview may be best if you want to get that.

Big Brother is the main thing I just 'don't get'. Apart from that, every programme on UK Style and how the news has stopped reporting news and has started telling us about things like Jade Goody.

There are no Guy Garvey's on Facebook - obviously a reflection in its lack of popularity as a name, making it more probable that your man is indeed Mr Elbow...........

Dogs Cats are vermin and shit all over other folks gardens Thats why they are considered clean, they recognise what is your property and they sh*t on some other buggers land instead. Got to be dogs though, they are just more fun . Got to disagree. Nothing is as fun as putting my cat on a wooden flo...

Hold on, i've missed most of last night. Why, when the idea surely should be to score quick runs, do we have Cook and Jimmy fecking Anderson out there batting? If you were a West Indian bowler you'd be trying to keep these two in. Because we are England and not a ruthless sporting nation like South...

Didn't LA spend something like an African country's GDP getting him to go there? If so, they're entitled to want a bit of it back considering he's hardly played a game for them.

Related to cricket: http://news.aol.co.uk/cricket-mogul-charged-with-fraud/article/2009021712534764593716 Good. Stanford's a prick who has no place in cricket. Great to see the slimy bastard get his come-uppance. On another note, in an exam today I found my mind wandering and thinking about this. W...

England are becoming too obsessed with the half way line for me. Their bowling a length that is generally too short, searching for that odd one that shoots through. They should concentrate on good areas and that will get them out properly, rather than bowling a number of '4 balls' in an attempt to ...

A slightly less risqué one. Hope nobody depressed reads it though. Might offend them. Yesterday evening, I had to change a lightbulb. A bit later on, I crossed the road and walked into a bar. I realised my life was a big joke. FFS Prufrock. I'm a photosensitive epileptic, recovering alcoholic and h...

This whole "rugger boys" thing is an utter joke, their behaviour can be much, much worse than the much-pilloiried football fans. That said, why bother watching the Six Nations now that the real rugby is back?! Sorry, just not true. the much pilloried football fans at their worst caused a disaster a...

Friday was a shambles. It's been and gone however and we are now in the 'third' test so may as well talk about this. It's great to see cricket back at the ARG, however the lack of Gravy dancing from the rafters makes it a little duller. Fantastic start by England - well done Straussy and Shah and to...

I do, and am a regular at Knowsley Road. £9 on Friday night for a fantastic game was well and truly value for money. 17000 on as well so a great atmosphere!

Cats all the way. I've got a big all white one who's deaf. Possibly the best cat in the world!

On the other hand, I hate dogs and am pretty terrified of them for no apparent reason - it could be due to being chased by Brian Lara's huge dog/bear a few years ago mind.

Half time. 1-0. The spine of the team was good before the goal, but now the whole team look dejected. Positives - good spells from Heskey, Cole, and the two centre mids. Negatives - Stewart Downing and Glen Johnson . I know therearen't many alternatives in these positions, but these two are being s...

Oh another one... I find U2 the most boring band in history! What, more boring than Ocean Colour Scene, UB40 and Depeche Mode? Well I can do another one here. I like OCS and don't think they are boring! I like OCS as well. You seen Steve Craddock has a solo effort out? I reviewed it this week. Stev...
