You really can't see beyond the end of the Albert Dock, can you mate? Your cryptic response means what, exactly? And it's all about the Newcastle Quayside these days, mi amigo. As quickly as possible: It's a "me" world. You just said as much. Loyalty and continuity ran businesses for ages. Pe...

With this Ronaldo cash, me, I'd slap £50 mill under The Yanks at 'pools noses for Torres, be a laugh that would, it would sure as hell put the Spanish waiters nose out of joint  Or how bout 80M for Gerrard and Torres? Why not? It'd be nice for Benitez to just laugh down the phone at them. ...

I don't mind Pleat, at least he's tactically aware Sure he does the names thing on purpose - we once sent a writer called Leo to interview him and Pleat pronounced it "Lay-o" Disagree. Think his awareness stretches as far as stating the bleeing obvious. "The full backs won't get this much freedom a...

The way I look at this is; 1 world class player = 3 there or there bouts players that United can attract, 1 injury or strop or loss of form = 2 very good players still playing. Red nose knows what he doing. Anyone else heard the rumour that MCFC are trying to hijack the deal for £125 mill???

Here Blurred found this circulating on the net; 1. This is it folks, the BIG Liverpool news (I'll only say the big stuff, there will be loads of littler transfers loans etc as well and one surprise back room sacking). First off, 2. Transfers Out:– Mascherano, Barcelona, 40M Euros Alonso, Real Madri...

Re: Confederation Cup watch
Thought I'd start a thread to talent spot at the Confed Cup. Just watching the replay of Italy v All Whites (Kiwis). Anyone seen it? I'm Kiwi I reckon our good players are Smeltz (ST), Killen(ST), Lochhead (LB)and Glen Moss (GK). One for the future is target man Chris Woods - he's at WBA and played...

Because neither of you have got wives that can access your TW accounts? Mehhhh we believing that story? Are we sure it was really his 'wife'? 'Awww I've got no cards, I know I'll go on TW, pretend to be my wife (she may or may not actually exist) and tell everyone it's my birthday and wait for the ...

Hmm not quite Hoboh. Their debts are massive. Yes they can service them all and yes they won't be going into administration but that could come at the cost of team investment. If Glazer chooses to take that path! I was merely contridicting Blurred's assertion MUFC were in the same dire finacial pos...

United will be better without him Disagree completely. All depends who they buy doesn't it? Not all of that money will go back into team investment, no way. He was probably their highest earner and even if they bring someone else in on big bucks they won't match the deal that Ronaldo would've had, ...

I have my doubts too HP, with a worldwide recession people will be more tempted to buy cheaper knock-off shirts, and why not F08: "Royal" Madrid they may be, but it was Madrid city council who, a decade or so back (under Perez's first administration), bought the land rights to RM's training ground ...
