Re: The Politics Thread
Aus labour is far from UK labour, Trump sealed it Canada. The next UK election in terms of parties depends on a good, proper leader, I don't see one. As for policies, to be honest, there is little other than different rhetoric between them. Let's be honest, figures on paper that represent wealth are...

Re: The Politics Thread
You are beginning to sound like the attitude you had prior to Brexit BWFC_INSANE, it's all the fault of populism. Look at the reasons labour got elected in the first place, given the numbers turnout, I seriously doubt it was anything to do with their policies, it was the mess the Conservative Party ...

Re: The Politics Thread
I see that the US economy shrank for trumps first three months and now is at risk of recession having been in pretty, nay very good shape before. Q4 their economy grew 2.4%. Jan-March it shrank by 0.3%. Has there ever been such a crazy meltdown. That’s before tarrifs even hit. The idea that the rig...

Generally the further from Inverness you get the less the council spend. We generate a lot of money for them on Skye, but they don't ;like spending much of it here despite being the 2nd most visited place in Scotland. Bit like down south in England and the North then :D Actually, not trying to drag...

And do you reckon Red Worthy is generally supportive of Labour's approach on housing or thinks it's just as misguided if not more so and more stupid than the last lot? Stop nagging, I have Ambrosia to sup, and the croquet lawn needs some attention. :D Phisst, what do you pay your servantsfor? Sack ...

 I'll happily work through your list of everywhere I trip myself up, but like most things in your life it'll be made up and imaginary and not forthcoming because GB News hasn't provided you a checklist. I mean percentages are percentages. 14% of US population is about 50m, 15% of UK is about 10...

Only when a quick fix, on the go is needed  Even then, with the machine, the milk goes in the cup, heat it up, add the coffee :pissed: There are no circumstances in which instant is acceptable. Its an ambomination. Also, if you're making coffee properly there is no need to worry about scalding...

Oh a rant to tuck into! Whoop, whoop. I set myself two broad objectives - like most people - protect my family from bad politics and bad economics. We've seen little but either over a very long time now, with (who coulda guessed this one) flood-up capitalism - you know, the one where they say it tr...

Bit of a drop from the 85m Turkish people who were on their way under EU freedom of movement. Anyhow Brexit and restoring our control of our own borders will solve it....I guess it's somewhere just to the North West of sunlit uplands. I haven't forgotten you rabid Blair was God types and the discus...

Well, apparently it seems, the little beer swilling, doc mart booted heroine from Ashton was threatening to resign her post over the 'ludicrous target' of 1.5 million homes. Seems she was under the impression she was being setup. Well I'd guess that kinda makes a mockery of yet another of labour's ...
