:conf: OK - this is a good game.. I post something - you don't like it - so you claim I am in fact wrong - but actually you are - and you can't be bothered to argue about it anymore - even though you started the argument - and I'm humourless?? Blimey - I wonder if it will catch on? Can I try? A1 - ...

I'm staggered by your responses A1... i'm not a deer . There's been eight red cards in the last 11 meetings between the two sides. that is plainly wrong - it should be "There have been eight red cards" or if you want a contraction "There've been" i would of never seed that if i'd of been looking at...

anyroad.... the thing i hate about commentators , is how theyre all indicisive turncoats ... "rubbish team have got to battle hard today , but good team will win by 5" rubbish team go 1 up "theyre doing really well to be in front , football is awesome coz its unpredictable " good team put 2 away and...

I hate to support the bish but I am afraid it is you who are wrong, a1. Give is indeed the present but the past is "gave" not "given" - "given" is a participle and could be future as well as past - for example, "The FA Cup will be given to Kevin Nolan, Bolton's captain, next May if we are lucky." "...

"The ref has give it" is NOT right.. "The ref has give n it" would be... neither is "the crowd has woke up" correct - "the crowd has woke n up" would be... which school did you go to? re you o drugs?? Phil  now do that 'extra letter in bold' thing with the everton chelsea one- This fixture ha...

in the 5-live-xtra commentary today (which was seven shades of shite!) Girl-commentator: What was that freekick for? stupid man pundit: The ref's give it for a push on the bolton goalie. whats wrong with that? the "the ref's give" part ? when youre thinking its 'gave' ? - 's is a contraction , so -...

can any infonacks help me out... i am trying to remember the name of an old college coach (at least before 1950, possibly 1910-1930s) who was a winningest coach at the time ... he was a advocate of the forward pass .. and i think his team had the largest victory scoreline in football (something like...

It wont overtake the ipod - well not in the near future. It has some advantages, but allegedly you wont be able to buy music from itunes, or use it on a mac if thats you pc of choice. My Ipod has just broke, so I may have a look however when it comes out over here, but it is microsoft, so th softwa...
