Yeah it's been mentioned in a couple other threads but it probably deserves its own. As I said elsewhere, I presume the reason this was not announced is that we were telling everyone we wouldn't sort out contracts until the end of the season. The likes of Knight, Steinsson, Ricketts, etc. might hav...

Yeah it's been mentioned in a couple other threads but it probably deserves its own. Some kind of year-long train pass is about the only option, if they do it? Not that I can see. Only thing close to that is a monthly season ticket. You'll get nowt cheaper than buying tickets... If you book far enough in advance then you can get cheaper on a Saturday morning, but you have to hope the fixture list doesn't get changed... I had a season ticket for the first few years I was down here and ended up; a) spending a fortune on the trai...

buying my first season ticket this year as for the first time (a) I can afford it now, and (b) I've moved (slightly) closer to the 'bok, allbeit still only as close as London. I can afford the season ticket no problem but for a train ticket from london to Horwich, I'm looking at 70 quid return!! So ...
