it's not a festival, it's a posh music do. i wouldn't be suprised if one year it go so civilized that they erected a massive gazebo over everybody on the site so that the rain didn't dampen the spirits of the weird folk who attend the V festival religiously. wouldn't mind watching Radiohead again, i...

i'm looking forward to this immensely, not bothered what handicap you lay on me, 18 is fair i reckon - one shot every hole.
even so, the taking part is what it's all about. is it gonna be two fourballs or we going out in pairs?

only the speciallist shows on SmoothFm play any jazz.

Blur at the Leeds festival 2003 was a bit special too, even without Coxon.

My old man is a DJ on Smooth on Saturday Nights, for all his whispering coyness for the radioshow you should see him when we score down at the Reebok, the Okocha goal agaisnt West Ham for instance, the air turned a brilliant shade of blue. blur and mansun are both brilliant, although Mansun predomin...

when i learned to play golf i played with my grandma's old set of Wilson "Patty Berg" set, it has the most unbelievable sand wedge which i still use today. it also had actual wood woods. which i used up intill i got bought a set when i was 16/17. and my favourite club in my bag is a ladies mitsubish...

that was ace, i just hit 50 balls at the local driving range, 3 wood, 5&7 irons.
turns out i can thud the ball 230 yards with the 3wood - but it goes too high, so next time i'm gonna take the driver and leave the 3 wood behind for this tournament.

i can't wait now, i flippin loved that :D

yeah, i'm gonna have to hit the driving range a couple of times by the trafford centre before this thing. i don't want to completely embarrass myself. when i was at my peak ages about 16/17 my handicap at it's lowest was something like 18.4 (so 18). But i'm 22 now and played about 5 rounds since i w...
