Needs must indeed, it's great that the club was able to have these programs when it could afford to (and even in the last few years when it couldnt') but if they are cut it doesn't mean that they couldn't come back in the future...

When you say £14m package, it could be much more than that. The transfer fee alone was earlier mooted as being around £13m.
