Back from The Emirates after a very painful 96 minutes of football. Thankfully the 97th minute made up for the previous 96! Buzzing now. I love football! (The pulled pork roll I had on the way back to the station was pretty darn awesome too!)

I wouldn't be too downcast. You went toe-to-toe with them and they took their chances and you didn't. Still zero running for me but have been embracing the exercise classes, Pilates, Grit, legs bums and tums and spin amongst others. Have to hope it’s helping a bit!
