Quite a steep bit after you go over the little bridge but it's not as bad as Cruella.

Tuesday night was the first 'cross country' race in nearly 3 years. I highlight 'cross country' as it's actually a tarmac bicycle circuit in Redbridge. It's a tough 5km which has a hill in it similair in grade but longer than Cruella. You run up it 4 times. Part of the course is completely unlit wh...

10k done in 53:03!!! Hoping official time might be 53 but was hoping for 55ish so chuffed with that.

Staying with my brother and this fiancée in reading this weekend, so did the much flatter reading park run to knock a minute off my pb with 24:54 Then the Reading 10k so hopefully another PB.

Had a great day yesterday. Started with our monthly 'handicap' race which I did in 21.34 Not quite my pb but getting close. Will chip away at that over the next couple of months. Then did a beer mile race round a 400m circuit. Had to down a bottle of Stella (urgh) before each lap and then sprint ro...
