Re: PLYMOUTH'S stupendously all singing dancing transfer thr
Sturridge is on record as saying he loved training at Bolton because all they ever did was 5-a-side and he never got to do that at Chelsea funny how this is turning into a coyle v freedman debate however even if it were true is 5 a side discredited as training method ? there is this sturridge quote...

Re: PLYMOUTH'S stupendously all singing dancing transfer thr
We got those players on loan when we were an established Premier League club. We're not anymore, and because of this we were and still are shopping in a totally different market.

Re: Ream: Back or forth?
The signing of McNaughton (if I recall correctly) was just before Tierney got injured. At the time I presumed he was going to be first choice rightback with Baptiste shifting inside, and I still think that was the case. Who that was to partner is anyones guess, but I think it would have been Mills w...

I see the press couldn't let a feel good factor last too long.... Roy brought back down to earth with his half time team talk to Townsend being misconstrued.

Nixon has worded his article carefully, but Freedman wants Zaha on loan.

Best Performance in a White Shirt?
Seems to be a quiet day on the forum, probably to do with the WC Qualifiers over the weekend, so I thought I'd throw this out there as I don't think I've seen this topic before. What is the best individual performance you have seen in a white shirt? Doesn't have to be in a memorable win, or a signif...

Re: PLYMOUTH'S stupendously all singing dancing transfer thr
Almost all the players who Freedman didn't sign have Premier League experience, and it's not like they disgraced themselves at that level either. ..... apart from getting us relegated - then plummeting us to the bottom of the championship... If the players weren't good enough for he Premier League,...

Re: PLYMOUTH'S stupendously all singing dancing transfer thr
So what you're saying is that after all that, and given we don't have many resources to continually add without losing some first, we should stick with NGog, Lee, Knight etc etc and just give them more time? Really? You're one of the people who, rightly, has defended N'Gog because you've seen his a...

Re: PLYMOUTH'S stupendously all singing dancing transfer thr
Just been reading Nixon's tweets. According to him we are planning a clear out in January or the summer depending upon when we can get rid of players. Eagles, NGog and Knight out of contract in the summer. Won't be kept. Flogged in January if possible. Chungy, Wheater and Mears also players Dougie ...

B.W.F.Ci, really mate, I wish you'd piss off with your "failures". One bad game and you're shouting "rubbish". If they aren't good enough, fair comment, get rid, but ffs give em a chance first. Not sure what we're looking to build here? With that lot gone, what's really the point of having pro foot...

I see the bitter b*stard is having his autobiography serialised in the Daily Mail, and is putting the boot into Roy and the FA, just in time for the huge qualifying games.

Re: Freedman out!
I think a few of our fans will be wishing our goal against Yoevil had correctly not been given, because a loss to them would have been the end for Freedman whereas because that goal counted and we got a draw, he got a second chance when we could have moved on to a better manager. :lmfao: OK, go on....

Naughton from Cardiff (fullback) and Feeney from Millwall (midfielder?) set to sign on loan tomorrow according to Nixon.
Maybe Baptise to move inside?
