When they stopped doing that was when I started playing Fifa!
Before then it was either Sensi, Kick Off then onto ISS/PES.

Re: The Official Xbox 360 Thread

Iggy, I was always a Pro Evo die hard, but a couple recently (12 and 13?) had me going mental. Every game against another human would end up about 8-8 because you could get certain players with that ridiculous dribbling technique and you couldn't tackle them. All well and good when it's Messi, feck...

Re: By Hove!

I fear this is more than a mere bad streak, and bigger than a few players or a manager. Something's rotten in our club and it runs deep. The coming seasons ain't gonna be pretty. We could be shaking buckets in a few years. Sadly I've had this feeling for a while. :conf: you said it was just one pla...

I know, I was bored. Sorry. :) I hate it when the constabulary gets bored - they start looking for tiny infractions (failing to abate a smoking chimney) instead of chasing the really bad guys... :D Its a good job PC are my initials then and not a job indication! Smoking chimney, serious stuff. Call...

Oh dear, maybe I misjudged my target audience... the clues all point to a song, if you sing it correctly. Maybe you've all never heard the song! I'll put the answer in white "A knife, a fork, a bottle and a cork, that's the way we spell New York, Jim." from " Cocaine In My Brain" by Dillinger. Did ...

Re: N-N-N-N-N-N-N Nineteen.....

Dan, there is no need to apologise. Truly, there isn't. None of us here (or anywhere else for that matter) knows everything. In a general sense we learn by experience. When it comes to words or phrases or 'sayings' it's no different; if you haven't come across one before you'll find yourself 'all a...

Re: PLYMOUTH'S stupendously all singing dancing transfer thr

My point was that he has played a lot for other teams, surely he has got enough match experience by now to be tried in the Championship. If he isn't good enough then why just keep loaning him out over and over again? If he is good enough then why is he not playing more for us?

Re: PLYMOUTH'S stupendously all singing dancing transfer thr

Nixon reckons we might be getting a striker on loan. Yesterday he was talking about Eaves going out somewhere so perhaps this is the swap. If that's even close to right we may as well buy Eaves a leaving present. There are banks who've been involved in less loans than Eaves. I don't understand the ...

Re: The Official Xbox 360 Thread

Games like GTA are a bad influence on the youth in my opinion. Selling drugs, pinching cars, beating up and robbing tarts, blowing up police cars and all such stuff. Would it not be more envigorating and stop kids growing up being obese to put on a pair of dunlop trainers and a parka (like I did whe...

Lufthansa. Im happy about Lufthansa. That is all, Splendid airline. I fly with them whenever possible. Agreed, though I witnessed a marvellous piece of Tutonic belligerence at their hands once upon a time ; I had a 3 hour wait one Sunday evening at Frankfurt. I was on Business Class and went to the...
