It's not real... They just pretend to hurt each other. You can see that when they stamp their feet on the canvas when they 'punch' someone.

Just to hijack the thread a tiny bit, I was watching SSN this morning and they had that annoying turd on (forget his name). He was talking about the England No1 position. Robinson has caught calamity disease from James, and James turned into his old self at the weekend and during the last England g...

I really liked Candela. He was a good professional full-back.

It sounds like he's fallen out of love with the game.

Is there anyone in the under 21s that he could have promoted to the senior squad rather than Heskey? He was useless back in the day, and he's going to be useless now. He just seemed to have no balance what-so-ever.

Or am I getting this wrong.... Has he been drafted in as an emergency centre-half?

I've only been to the Reading festival once; back in 1995. I can't remember all the acts but it had the likes of Rage against the Machine, Sonic Youth, The Prodigy and Stone Roses. That's what Readings has going for it; ability to attract the biggest bands. But as a festival, it really lacks atmosph...

This sort of things been going on for years though... Players trying to keep their wives happy. It's good to hear a big name manager come out and ridicule it though. I bet it's not just the wives who want to stay near London for the shops.. I imagine some of the modern players wouldn't be able to co...

These sort of people aren't even football fans. Just murderers.

I hope they catch 'em and put them in a Romanian prison.

Someone on the news yesterday was asking for the price of booze to be be put up again. I think it's because of the death of a guy in Warrington who confronted some youths outside his house. Has putting the price up ever stopped people buying it? This will just hurt the average pub punter like me, no...

Although I've never been, Walsalls ground always looks like a shed. I've passed it tons of times on the motorway with the stand that 'floors-to-go' built. Just looks kak.

History shows that he plays well in a poor team. He had his best ever form while playing for WBA. I think he might shine at Sunderland.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again... Beatie is a waste of time. He's been living off a reputation that expired years ago.

He needs to go back to lower league and start again.
