There's a few types of posters on this site. Some will happily be flitting from forum to forum anyway, and am sure will be flitting a bit more over the day or so this forum is off. Others might gently shake at lunchtime, and hug themselves in the corner of the room but ultimately be patient for a d...

What's embarrassing? A genuine offer of help - maybe one day you can return the favour. I'm simply offering place where people would know other forum posters would be. What's the alternative - everybody wandering around the net for a day or so kicking their heels until the site is back up again? BA ...

If it of any help BA would be very happy to play host to everyone (those not banned that is) for the day or so whilst TW is unavailable.

At least it gives everyone a meeting point.

Probably be able to set one of the mod team up as a mod for the day at BA as well if you want it.

Chris, out of respect to this forum I suggest that if you want to talk to me about things personal to you that you use the pm system either on here or BA.

I'm sure most of the people on here who don't even know who you are, have any interest in the matter.

I certainly do not condone such stunts between sites - but it was done in fun and not in a nasty way and no harm as been done. Don't remember anyone claiming it as nasty , more Mitch than Natasa. Wasn't saying anybody did say it was nasty - I was just pointing out it was clearly meant as fun and no...

To amuse those in on the joke back at BA. ? Yes. Amos / Dutch / Ghost is a poster well known on a number of BWFC sites but as for some time been a regular on BA. It would seem that someone (from BA) decided to post on here as Amos, as some sort of joke. Obviously many on here who do not know him wo...

Think her banning from here is the thing that keeps her away really but yes you will find Natasha over on BA if you are missing her at all.

So, a Mod on Burnden Aces but not on here? Just wanted that clear in my head. I was a mod on here for a brief time - but have not been for while time now. Clearly the poster Dutch Amos is connected to the Burnden Aces site and was (is?) posting here for a laugh to amuse those in on the joke back on...

Naah... because he's a wind-up waste of time... seems I'm not alone on this preliminary assesment given the responses to 'him' wherever 'he' has posted... if 'he' wanted to contribute to any of the discussions he'd be really welcome... and so would you... :D Thank you. Yes, I've not doubt they are ...

Maybe we should set an entrance exam... Maybe you should but until then Dutch Amos has posted on a public forum, he has not been rude or abusive, as broken no rules and he can easily be ignored by those who are not interested in what he has to say - yet already people are seeking his banning – why?...

This place sounds more and more like Burnden Aces every day... Is that a good or a bad thing then? At least we don't have the self-righteous seeking people to be banned after a few posts simply because they don't like their humour! The signs of a sense of humour were? So you want them banned...

Re: Could this be the place for me?

G'day everyone I’ve been using the forum 'BurndenAces' for 12months or so but I’ve got so fed up of reading utter drivel - 10% Wanderers chat + 90% useless chat So after a bit of looking around I’ve set on this place to get my Wanderers fix! Have I made the right decision? Look forward to some inte...
