Re: Tractor Boys - the Barry Knight Testimonial Match
It's not so much a case of it being a bad squad it's just there seems to be a complete lack of consistency from our better players Why do think that might be Einstein? Because they are the same inconsistent players we've had for the last two years would be my guess. Or am I overthinking this. Maybe...

Re: Dougie Freedman - New Manager
IMO fecking awful post match comments from Freedman, if this is the best he can come up with then we are back in Coyle territory, I'm sure he said when he came that he says it like it is....which after this sounds like sheer waffle & utter bollocks http://www.bwfc.co.uk//news/article/managers-ipswi...

Re: Dougie Freedman - New Manager
when most players are asked about this rotation stuff and playing twice in a week - they most often say that they want to play every game and that it gives them the buzz and the energy and the momentum. yes - it's a fast paced game - but they are highly trained athletes and the SHOULD be able to de...

Re: Dougie Freedman - New Manager
Utter rubbish - absolute fcuking shite performance. Turn the lights off and lock the gates - Bristol City, Barnsley and then losing against an awful p*ss poor Ipswich at home ! Who the fcuk does Freedman think he is Mourinho - too many changes for changes sake, his substitutions are awful absolutel...

Re: Tractor Boys - the Barry Knight Testimonial Match
Ngog has never had a good game as a strike partner to KD. I really think he's only any use up top in a 451.With the immense quality of our available strikers 451 is the only way and maybe it is time to let eagles play behind the froint man as he has been our most likely source of goals this season. ...

Re: Tractor Boys - the Barry Knight Testimonial Match
I think we need an ignore feature on the forum. I'm gonna need it for the next few days with the joy that will be emanating from a certain postcode  Yup, I dont think I'll be bothering to argue with the miserable bugger. Hopefully he'll be in the home end and will have got mistaken for an ips...

Noticed that. It's a curious stat though we're up on goal attempts.Sounded like we murdered them first 20 minsDJBlu wrote:Hows it sounding?
BBC have it 61% to 39% in favour of Ipswich.

Re: Tractor Boys - the Barry Knight Testimonial Match
Suspect he'll give them 15 mins to try and get a 2nd then switch to 451 with Butterfield and then CYL,not to shut up shop just to give them something fresh to deal with. We need a 2nd,dont want us making defensive subs and hanging on. If Ipswich nick a goal back BLT wil be insufferable.

Re: Tractor Boys - the Barry Knight Testimonial Match
And warnock must still have that bug hanging about. Fair do's
Mavis wide left makes more sense than wide right. As someone said earlier 442 might make sense for this one.

Re: Tractor Boys - the Barry Knight Testimonial Match
BWFC: Bogdan, Mears, Ricketts, Knight, Alonso, Spearing, Andrews, Eagles, M Davies, Ngog, K Davies BWFC Subs: Lonergan, Mills, Ream, Pratley, Afobe, Chung-Yong, Butterfield Well, if it's a 4-4-2 or a 4-2-3-1 that spells an experiment out wide again I'd say. I'd suspect the latter with N'Gog having ...

Re: REAM...............? Why?
I think he'll be bombed out in jan. Cash in whilst we can. Not so sure. Would anyone pay for him? I expect he d head back to the states but unless he had a very good rep out there we wont get much of the cash back. If warnock goes he could still end up at LB. Alonso hasnt figured at all since DF ca...

Re: Tractor Boys - the Barry Knight Testimonial Match
I think the way we'll get most out of SKD is by only starting him once a year. So I'd bring ngog in and keep the rest of the XI the same. Agreed. Ha that nearly slipped by me. I think Dibble is right though,in the system we generally are using the workload needs balancing between KD and Ngog....

Re: Tractor Boys - the Barry Knight Testimonial Match
Vela, the guy with what ... 2 matches under his belt ? New Year I thought. Actually, I think he's a great prospect, but pinning nothing on him this season really. I'm hoping DF's had enough of a look now to consolidating his thinking. Shirley Brighton game him some answers in terms of what's not go...

Re: Tractor Boys - the Barry Knight Testimonial Match
It's not dropping, it's rotating. Might be why it puts a few in a spin! Well if he is going to rotate things I suppose key candidates for resting are CYL,Butterfield,KD though you'd still expect them to get some gametime. Problem is except for switching eagles to the right there isnt a good alterna...

Re: Coyle for Scotland job?
They were having a laugh on 5 live this morning suggesting coyle may make a "come and get me plea"Dont think he has yet but he may be deluded enough to think they should be courting his services. I guess on the upside you dont have to worry about silly details like fitness as clubs do that for you. ...
