Newcastle United in pornstar shock

This is the man Newcastle United are supposedly interested in recruiting as their latest soon-to-be-ex-manager.

His name is Christoph Daum.

My question is, is there a man in the world more German in appearance?

doh! I just can't bring myself to type it!!! the subconscious just won't let me! Think that was bad, try this: I was actually really impressed by what Pardew said after the match about the Wenger incident. Still, months of media fawning over what a 'gentleman' he is will annihilate any trace amount...

Best news is that you can make a really faithful Bolton home kit in the editing section (editing restrictions are minimal, incidentally - about all I've found is that logos (ie manufacturers' logo, as opposed to club badges) can't be made in colour.

I was there on Friday. Taking my first sip of the evening, the guy in front of me knocked my pint-holding arm, resulting in a chipped tooth. No idea what happened to my glass. It'll probably come out in your poo. Uhm ... The glass was entirely unscathed by the incident related above. We just parted...

Granted the keeper let it bounce over his head, but what does that matter?
Alonso was at least trying to score.

I'm still with the 999-times-out-of-1000-the-keeper-could-have-saved-it-while-taking-a-slash camp, mind.

We have a pretty decent relationship with West Brom, I'd say - there was a lot of mutual respect around the time we beat them in the playoff semis the last time we came up, and nothing really happened in the Prem to sour that.

Who do Sunderland get pally with, en masse?

Yeah, RIP. Terrible story. Why has does there seem to have been a relative glut of such occurrences over the last few years?

What's big and grey and would hurt you if it fell out of a tree onto your head?

For now he's certainly a better bet for me than Richardson, but would any of us really put him in ahead of a fit Joe Cole?

Keep him in the squad as the left-footed option, by all means, but he shows no sign of becoming a player of international class.

Thought Downing and Neville were poor in possession. It would have been nice to have really spanked such dire opposition, but I suppose you can't complain too much. Certainly we've seen nothing on which we can judge Steve McClaren yet.

I'll say this though - in the transfer climate of the time, the last thing £4m for Eidur felt like was 'acceptable'.

By 'gay friendly' I assume they're talking about your stereotypical flamboyant, effeminate gay guy. There are gays out there who would be more than happy to see a return to hooliganism, for example. I wonder if they'll be accomodated?

Now I dislike West Ham as most of us do on here, but even still to hope for a player to get injured jokingly or not is not on at all IMO!
Robert Green ain't a player, so he gets off on a technicality.
