Hi all,I'm Toni from Belgrade,Serbia.

I'm a big fan of BWFC since 2004,but in my country I follow the games of Red Star, and I'm a member of the biggest firm in Balkans,Delije Sever.

If you remember,we played against each other two seasons ago, when Bolton won in Belgrade 1-0 (McCann). I was walking through the town, hoping that I'll meet some of BWFC fans, but I had no luck.Later I've heard that the police didn't let you go anywhere from the hotel... That was a good chance for me to meet some of The Wanderers and maybe exchange a shirt or a scarf.I bought Bolton's home kit for season 2006/2007 a few years ago,but that shirt is pretty old know.I want to but a new one,but It's hard to find BWFC kit in Belgrade.Unfortunately, more popular teams are L'pool,Chelsea and Man Utd,even West Ham Utd because of that film "Green street hooligans" :?

Anyway,I hope I could see some of your actions, maybe a few pictures? :D

Here are Delije:

I think the old man means Kosovo, not Bosnia.

And it's true that some of us made it into the central square into the sports bar.

Anyway, I was there for 3 days, so it's your fault you didn't find me!

The sports bar in Republic Square, with some balding chap in the foreground:

One of the sports bar's mannequins, having been relieved of its basketball strip:

And this is me atop the Kalemegdan Fortress, with a foggy view of the Danube in the background:

I also particularly enjoyed a street in Belgrade known to the locals as 'Silicone Valley', but sadly I don't have pictures from there...

Well,Calemegdan Fortress is something you really must see! It's one of the biggest attraction in Belgrade :)

No, no trouble at all for me. I actually thought your police we some of the best we encountered on the European tour. They were were quite friendly, spoke English, and were just quietly authoritative... couldn't be more different from the Spanish police in Madrid.

Though I did see a couple of Bolton fans that had got caught up with some Partisan Belgrade basketball fans and had stab wounds to show for it. But they made it out to the sports bar to show them off the next day.

To anybody who didn't go...

Those Robocops lined the road away from the stadium

Equally spaced say 10 yards apart for a good mile

Shame they were necessary but obviously they had to protect the locals

Anyway, Delilah

Find me a picture of Dusan Nikolic ( http://www.reprezentacija.rs/cgi-bin/in ... olic-Dusan ) in a Bolton shirt and I'll be impressed

Yeah,well...Partizan fans are Grobari (gravediggers). They are pussies and always attacking our opponents, even when they are just normal fans, not hooligans. And they usually got knifes with them
Last year they stabbed to death Tolouse FC fan Brice Tatton,I'm sure you've heard for that...sad... :(

Why Bolton?Well, hard question...I was a Leeds Utd fan (actually,I'm still is),but they got relegated in 2004,so I decided to pick up another PL team,so I randomly choose Bolton and Middlesbrough.I watched Middlesbrough game against Aston Villa, and they sucked. So I watched Bolton game against Newcastle and the love was born :D BWFC had nice, white kits, and some good players were playing there, like Okocha,Djorkaef and Nolan. And I always prefer weaker teams, not Arsenal,Chelsea or Liverpool.Because of that,I'm also a fan of Real Mallorca,Borussia Dortmund,Napoli SC etc.My old man was a big fan of Nottingham Forest.
I remember some good Bolton games.3:1 against Arsenal in 2006/2007,when Anelka scored twice.1:0 against Man Utd,when Gardner was the best and Diouf's 1:0 against Atletico. My love for Bolton is getting only stronger with years.
Unfortunately, our national TV broadcasts only 2-3 PL matches per week, and usually Man Utd or Chelsea matches. This season I only watched our games against Chelsea (0:1) and Portsmouth (3:2) in PL and Spurs (1:1) in the FA Cup.

People here likes Premier League, because it's the best football in the world. Most of them support Man Utd and Arsenal.Third is West Ham,because of "Green Street Hooligans",and Man City is also popular, but only because they have a lot of money
 I don't know any BWFC fan here  but my friend supports Portsmouth (God knows why)

When we're talking about hooligans firm,I have only heard for "Tonge Moore Slashers"(think that's the name) :)

Bolton's defender Gary Cahill is a transfer target of Arsenal,Tottenham and Liverpool, clubs which will try to sign him in a summer transfer period, stated by English newspapers."Reds" manager Rafa Benitez is ready to pay 15 million euros for 24-years old England defender. However,Benitez is not the only one who wants to see Cahill in his team.Arsen Wenger(Arsenal) and Harry Redknapp(Tottenham) are also keen to make a bid.And while Benitez is seeking to replace Carragher,Wenger is looking for a replacement of Gallas.Cahill's contract with Bolton expires in 2012.

Serbian news about Bolton and selling Gary Cahill...Just to see how it looks out here :)

We drew 0-0

The Spanish police (inside the stadium) are utter c*nts and cowards.

That's all you need to know.

Was a cracking trip, except in the ground

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jA2uA-59a4Y

While Belgrade/Istanbul had the greatest potential for violence, only Madrid actually 'kicked off'

My European tour took in Bulgaria, Macedonia, France, Spain, Czech, Portugal, Serbia, Hungary and Germany and only in Spain was there noteworthy trouble
