Not sure how true it is, but the Goldsands or whatever it was called company who had the naming rights, had them until 2016/17 - some new guys told them to feck them off for more money from them and they did.. This company won't stick around if they end up back in the doldrums.. A shit way to go about your business, but it seems if you want to be with the big boys, it's the ONLY way to do your business

Didn't Bournemouth once go out of business previously? Without checking, I have it in mind that they were previously called Bournemouth and Boscombe Athletic, and are now called something like Bournemouth (1972) Ltd.boltonboris wrote:Aye.. The name change and the financial mess arent linked, though
As a bigger issue, I can think of Leicester, Southamptonn and Bournemouth who have been in admin and are now in the Prem
Surely, ethically, these businesses should be required to pay those out of pocket creditors before being accepted to the Prem

Six nil for England against San Marino. Job to do, job done, is probably the best way to see such a one-sided affair.

Great day for English football, to realise one of our current greats had just matched the all time goalscorers record, equal with - own goals....

Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

0-0, but the Swiss making us look not so hot. Badly missing Sturridge and Wellbeck up front.

We can let 'em have Madine to bolster the striking options...TANGODANCER wrote:0-0, but the Swiss making us look not so hot. Badly missing Sturridge and Wellbeck up front.
Re: Tonight's Football
