Liverpool laughing stocks?

There ARE other teams(we'd have no-one to play otherwise) and here's where all-comers can discuss the wider world of football......

Liverpool must be a big club again based upon the red card Everton just received. He got the ball. Can't see how that can be red.

It would have been a terrible decision to give a foul for it. There was no foul there at all!

Red card? Quite simply he shouldn't referee again. Right over the top of it and still got it miserably wrong!

Looking forward to seeing this later. Dion Dublin's just described it as being one of the worst decisions he's ever seen.

Dalglish was a right grumpy, irritable, dis-likable git when interviewed afterwards.....

So like every other week then?
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

Shocking decision. I think he may have been influenced by the reaction of the 2 Liverpool players that immediately ran over, Adams and a n other. Needed to give himself a minute :whack:

That Suarez is such a feckin' cheat.

The most detestable player in the Premier League

I absolutely agree with that. Every other picture of him is of him going down screaming because someone's tackled him, the goofy c*nt! :whack:

Can't argue with that assessment. Good player but hate him more every time I see him play.

Interesting article in today's Guardian about TV rights.

http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2011 ... ay-tv-deal" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

"What is absolutely certain is that, with the greatest of respect to our colleagues in the Premier League, but if you're a Bolton fan in Bolton, then you subscribe to Sky because you want to watch Bolton. Everyone gets that. Likewise, if you're a Liverpool fan from Liverpool, you subscribe. But if you're in Kuala Lumpur there isn't anyone subscribing to Astro, or ESPN to watch Bolton, or if they are it's a very small number. Whereas the large majority are subscribing because they want to watch Liverpool, Manchester United, Chelsea or Arsenal."

Read that earlier today.. It's all well and good saying that, but the gulf between Liverpool and Man Utd / Chelsea, will just get bigger and bigger.. What can he blame it on then?

Doesn't there have to be a majority vote between Premiership clubs for this to work? Never work.

Liverpol need this to happen quickly, while there are still people in Kuala Lumpur who actually remember who they are.

A club who likes to think "they are big" in trying to protect their own interests and not giving one damn about football overall shocker.

They are being dense though. There is only one club in this country who will truly benefit from this, and only one who can compete globally with Real and Barca. And it isn't the Scousers!

not really. the grazers come from the nfl which has tight tv deals where teams have no control with each team sharing equally regardless of record or times televised. henry is from baseball and that league is a free for all thus benefiting teams like boston.
