Would like to bring this back up again

Leeds boss Neil Warnock once said of El Hadji Diouf after he verbally abused Jamie Mackie lying on the ground with a broken leg: "For many years I have thought he (Diouf) was the gutter type - I was going to call him a sewer rat but that might be insulting to sewer rats."

Quite surprised he's not ended up at West Ham. He needs a BSA to get the best out of him. I'd like him back at our place being as he's available for nowt, but no doubt he'd take control of the dressing room, quite easily, from Coyle.

Surprised Leeds have gone for him, best days certainly gone now, but trouble remains

Bruce, Diouf was finished at the top level years ago. Thats why Allardyce hasn't gone back for him.

He was playing for Doncaster last season, and not particularly well some of the time either!

He was their stand-out player and by all accounts gave them a fighting chance of surviving, pretty much single-handedly in the last 9-10 games.

But you're right, he's finished at the top level.. But we're not a that level..

Not sure if I'd want him back or not, but I wouldn't be so quick to write him off or his potential impact in this division.

Funny i mentioned getting Diouf back 6 months or so ago and was shot down in flames

As i said at the time i would still take him over some of the crock of shite we got now

He's a cvnt but at least he plays with abit passion and actually shows he cares and not afraid to get stuck in
