Well, sounds like they are starting the season. Most of their team sold. Here is hoping they get dicked 5-0 every week whilst this goes on!

I feel for their young players, who will be in the same position our lads were.

Their fans had loads of fun at our expense, though, so feck 'em.

Their last hope have just pulled out. Fans have raised a credible £600k but it doesn’t cover the administrators fees let alone settle debts. This lot are on life support.

Hmmm
I’m not sure they have, yet.
Might be lumbered with the Spanish ken anderson. El super agent in tow!

Funniest quote I saw was from a translated Spanish article on Google from news site Super Deporte…

"Nephew of the famous animal tamer, Ángel Cristo, from the business point of view and through mercantile Thesan Capital, he is dedicated to buying companies whose financial situation is very weak to try to refloat them, if he does not succeed, he liquidates them."

See this lot are still in admin. Funny how ‘it’s not just Bolton’. EFL thus far not happy with the potential new owners from Spain it seems....

I read that the latest takeover has been blocked .
Looks like they might do a Bury. Shouldn't laugh but a small smirk could be in order
Insert small smirk emoji here.

Spanish bid had the plug pulled - I think they may have just escaped the Spanish Ken Anderson...

Sounds like the ‘local’ hope Frampton has fallen through. I don’t think there’s any offers on the table now? At what point will the EFL pull the plug here?

Who knows? The difference between Pies and ours, is we had same bidder engaged for months and months (were engaged before admin if memory serves)...

They sound more Bury than Bolton. I think the pandemic has saved them. Seem to be drifting under the EFL radar

Does sound a bit more Bury than Bolton at the moment. Whilst admins are getting plenty, can see them trying to sell it for any more than lowest possible to pay the bills..
