As things stand, we're worth a point. Keep the sheet clean and get that goal to add two more points and it really will be a sunshine day. Apparently the pitch down at the the garden centre is less than snooker table smooth. Long stumbled on it just on half time. From the amount of set pieces and corners we've repulsed, it looks like we might have to do a Barca to score. Would be really nice if Long opened his account today. Anyway, the curtain rises on Chapter Two.... Come on you Whites......

Le Dappo gets an early injury as part two commences. And...they clear, Vela and Derik go. We get a throw. And we have a chat about the lovely weather then....they gey a throw. Enciala voleys forth. They manage a shot but it's wide. Ben wallops in true fashion, Pratley helps it on and we get a throw. Taylor wind up and ...and....they clear. Wheater gives one away around halfway. And.....in and long and a goal kick us. Ben....Alf, Morais,...we get another throw near their box. And......BEEEVERS......

We haven't won a league game when Beevers or Vela didn't play either I don't think...JSL.Dave Sutton's barnet wrote: ↑Sat Mar 25, 2017 3:45 pmTrue, as stated, but he had already been subbed by the time we got the match winners at Swindon and home to Fleetwood.BWFC_Insane wrote: ↑Sat Mar 25, 2017 3:35 pmDon't think we've won a game in the league this season when Madine didn't play.

Big lad flicks a header home and we go 1-0 up. We clear and (Beevers got booked for celebrating, how ridiculous) the fans sing. Free kick them and Ben grabs it. Wallop time and...Brow n heads at Vela and the ref gives them a free kick to the outrage of the mic men, Price and Zico. Morais clears....and....we get a goal kick that mic man reckons the ref missed as a handball. Alf, Pratley, Taylor, Pratley losses out and they break. They come forth, Beevers gives away a throw. Vela, Long.....and.....mic man claim s a red card on a homer for an assault on Long and.....a yellow results. Pratz, Alf, some head tennis and....Dervite whacks it into the stand for a throw. They come forth and Vela clears but back they come. Beevers, Pratley, and Morais and Dervite clear. Morais....now Brown sallies forth and....Ben gets it.

We clear for a throw and then....Derik clears a cross. Back they come and....mic lads mumble and grumble about this and that then...Pratlrey and Derik goes. Alf....and the keeper clears....and we go to Gigg Lane...to find it's still 0-0. Here in the cucumber shed they have a corner and Ben needs two attempts to grab and clear. Wallop forth, wallop back and then they give us a throw. Dervite and.....they send it back Long chases, we get a throw and...Morais and....the big men are up and.....Pratley and....Taylor...Alf and....offside. Dervite does well and we get another throw.

Throw the Shrews and.....a bit of chat and a couple of scores and then....Taylor gets whacked and is limping. No, please no. Taylor leaves the pitch (temporarily?)...Nope, Moxey appears as sub. How nice would it be if Moxey scored?

Alfie fullfils the prohesy, but Ben is down and then hobbling. Fans celebrating, but Ben is leaving the turf. Mic lads wonder if the pitch is to blame? And now the homers make a sub. Wallace? for Ryan Yates....Wheater clears, homers come again and...Dodds volleys over our bar.

Sounds like another assist for Morais. My oh my. So now we're in the weird position of hoping the Shakers do well... still 0-0 at home to Fleetwood, Oldham still 'olding Blades 1-1..,

They could have been worse, we had back-ups in each position. We've no other centre-backs bar Derik (or Thorpe?), and there's one player in particular who we'd hate to lose...
