Walked (run) the dog around his route and just about to prepare the match brew. Just listened to a session of past glories (Zack Clough, Sammi Ameobi, Lawrie Wilson (what's the score on him these days?) all scoring super goals. Is Chris Eagles still in the first XI at Vale, by the way?) Anyway, Zico and co are mentioning it's twenty years Tuesday since Burndenpark staged our last game, twenty years... Ah well, back to the future and...COME ON YOU WHITES.....

We're away....mic man rhyming on about Bury already....Anyway, sounds like bags of noise inside the cauldron, Zico's in position, with his book of toungues handy, Dave Lee and John McGinlay in support and.. and....we go.

They have an early wallop and we get a throw. Madine, back, Wheater...some aimless scores then....we'll get to it shortyly and....Taylor goes, they clear and Madine and Taylor snuff it. Wallop from Howard who manages to keep it on the island. Throw us, Alf, Morais, Vela, Taylor and....mic man mumbles then....Dervite, Taylor...Karajan gets an early touch, Beevers....Alf....and some mumble. Taylor throw and....a big one and...they clear and break. Vela clears and we get a throw.

Afternoon JMB and Monty. Ball swap then..the free kick and...Vela, Spearing....Wheater being held twice and nothing from the officials. We go to Gigg Lane where Bury are one up on Northampton. Now then, they sally at us, Beevers clears and..Vela gets a ricochet and we get a throw. Throw them now and...and...we clear. Spearing...and Madine gets chopped already. Free us and Beevers now and...back and cleared. Wallop and...the homers get a throw. How about an early lead lads to set the pattern? Free kick them and....the Valients surge forth and....Beevers gives them a corner. Eagles is in there apparently and then a Smith header is cleared then we get a block from Morais. Is this going to plan? They are being a bit skittish. Corner them again and...Taylor and...a goal kick us.

Free kick then now and a protestor gets mobbed by the stewards as he sprints for glory. Guffaws from Zico and mic man. Right. Vela clears and are we actually in it yet? Howard grabs and wallops. Madine goes offside, bit of silence, then a homer throw. Deep throw us and Alf goes....and.....a cross can't quite stop in play off Madine. We flick and nod it about a bit then they lose out and we try a sally. Morais now and.....we get a corner off a Morais shot. And.....outswung and....and...Karajan volleys it in, gets another touch and....Madine hits a Wiganer over.

We're at Bury..unfortunately and..ah, we're back. Morais crosses, they head out for another corner us. Morais again and...and...in and....keeper almost fumbles it with Alf sniffing. Some scores, Dervite wallops one...headed clear, they break and reach halfway. Taylor and Beevers beats Texiera to clear. Bit of this and that and they get a throw. They come and cross..and a volley goes well enough wide...apparently. Wallop, they come at us and...Wheats clears to Madine. Taylor, Alf....Taylor and he falls. Throw us now and....some to and fro. They win a free kick and set forth. Bad ball gives us a throw and...some chat in the mic box then....Texiera? goes in the book for a chop on Karajan who is eating grass. Rises slowly and the ref makes another ball change. Free kick us and..Taylor and....some mither and....Beevers held but Wheats gets in there but the ref gives a free kick for who knows what. Karajan, they get it, we get it back....Veal, Karajan....now then they break and.....we clear. Back they come and are sounding more attacking then us right now....which is a bit worrying. They come, cross and Howard clears. Throw us, we go forth, Beavers does well with an intercept, then the Valients have a go but Howard grabs it.
