Can't blame Ken really. He managed above and beyond expectations last season and he's got a huge shortfall in income looming large. If it is £6m up front (big if I know )then it's a reasonably good deal
I don't blame anybody really HG. Like I said, it's just dissapointment. We're in a better place than we were, that's for sure. I'm just being honest about being a typical Bolton supporter.

Steve Crossman, BBC World Service Sport: "Ashley Fletcher is at Sunderland trying to tie up a loan." Pity...

Ipswich have just announced no more ins or outs. So Mcgoldrick isn't happening.

Chungy definitely off.

16 minutes or it's Wilbraham up front for the rest of the season.

Don't worry. We are saved. Charlton sources reckon we are signing Josh Magennis. 27. A career taking in St Mirren, Kilmarnock and Aberdeen. Now at Charlton.

Scored 15 goals in 60 odd league one appearances for Charlton.

Sounds great.

:hang:
Yeah. Madine's record's almost identical to that of Gerd 4ucking Muller

"And there is one more... Which would be a real gem," says Iles.

So the Chad Evans deal is back on after all?

Iles: "Looks like Jon Flanagan is going to get done. Not so sure about David McGoldrick. And there is one more... Which would be a real gem."

Tick tock...

If it's that easy to find someone to score 10 goals in half a season we will be fine we can just stick Wilbraham up front and safety will be assured. Who is going to score the goals required? Given nobody in the current squad has got past 3 yet

Got decent pedigree to be fair, came through at Cardiff.

I mean, he came through as a f*cking goalkeeper, mind. When Allardyce left, our new 27 year old striker still played in nets.

Unbelievable.
In fairness it seems we tried for him but Charlton have held firm. So we are signing a thuggish left back instead...

We've just sold a thuggish ex-jailbird striker who you seem to think is the best thing since sliced bread. Difference?
I dunno. If Flanagan plays up front, leads the line and scores ten goals it's fine.

I'd say the major difference is we've got 4 fecking full backs already and no tw*t to play up front.
I was referring to your 'thuggish' comment, as well you know. I'm well aware of their differences on the pitch and the fact they're a pair of cnuts off it!

FFS. What a pointless, pointless signing that is. It's just sign someone to please the fans.

He has nobody to play off. And we don't have a system to play him in sensibly anyway, other than off the left.

Honestly Bolton fans are going to wank themselves silly over this, but I think it's utterly ridiculous.

Has to be 3-5-2 for the remainder of the season. No other way. Zach and ALF up top. Burke, Wheater and Beevers at the back.

I’d of taken McGoldrick over Clough but it reads like Zach was first choice. Who the hell leads the line?

It's gonna sound ungrateful but I'd have taken Chungy before Clough
