Same as Carlisle, Wigan, orient. Happens too often for so called promotion hopefuls.
Thomason would be walking back for me - I’d tell him to set off now.

"Do you lot want to be promoted? Because you give a bloody good impression of not being all that f*cked about it. Keep getting yourself into gpod positions, then spending 90 minutes playing like f*cking donkeys and doing your best to throw it all away. I keep telling everyone that we've got one of the best squads in the league. It's time to f*cking act like it".
Would be my team talk. Or words to that effect.
P.S. I think I won the Thommo sweepstake. Don't feel like a winner, though...

Okay, if you'll tell Bolton they aren't playing Barcelona but a team with only one idea; whack it into Bolton's box. FORGET THE FANCY DAN STUFF..IT'S IMPRESSING NOBODY. Possession is nine tenths of the law, and utterly useless on a football pitch unless you score. This is pure Moss Bank Rovers stuff. Very very poor Whites. Yes, the ref may as well have a red shirt on, but we're lucky to be only one down.
COME ON YOU WHITES.........BUCK UP...
Si Deus pro nobis, quis contra nos?

Evatt needs to get Insano on Zoom for his HT team talk, imo.

Cogley a big miss. Defenders lookig like they never have played together in a game. Maybe that's a fact.
I would take off the front 2 for the 2nd half..giving us nothing. Did we pay so much for Collings to keep him on the bench? Coleman not inspiring confidence in our defenders and we are playing it too slowly from the back.
Many many problems not including Thomasson's brain freeze. Only some quality can bring us back into this. Collins ?

I am clinging to the hope that Carlisle and Shrewsbury can do the favour too.Dave Sutton's barnet wrote: ↑Sat Feb 10, 2024 3:57 pmL Wycombe 2 (Grimmer 45+11') Posh 0

Feels likt the second half would be the greatest of great escapes if we managed to get anything out of this.

Half time scores certainly in our favour but we should be taking advantage of that not thinking ah well no harm done as everyone else at the top cocked up.Dave Sutton's barnet wrote: ↑Sat Feb 10, 2024 3:57 pmL Wycombe 2 (Grimmer 45+11') Posh 0

These are ultimately the games that will cost us. Lack of focus. Complete collapse instead of grinding something out. Evatt hasn’t helped. Senior pros haven’t helped.

Stats say we've have 1 shot total? That's surely not right. I've seen a few go wide.

This is why George will never learn why what he did is unacceptable.

Santos…we really should be able to play without him by now…we’ve known he’s injured for a few weeks…

I’d be allowed on the bench second half…Prufrock wrote: ↑Sat Feb 10, 2024 4:11 pmDibs for manager!officer_dibble wrote: ↑Sat Feb 10, 2024 4:01 pmI think -
