It'll be reet. I'm working and will miss the whole thing. Its when I'm watching things usually go pear shaped!
I think I speak for all of us when I say "we'll see you next Sunday AND NOT A SECOND EARLIER!"

Well, given that my birthday falls on the weekend of the final I've given myself a couple of weeks off to enjoy myself.

I live over in Yorkshire, but there's a local old chap and his wife who "follow" Wanderers and have family in London and weren't going to go due to travel, so I'm taking them down on the Thursday and making a long weekend of it with the wife and kids.

Hopefully that means I'll have a good birthday even if we lose. Oxford are bang in form and on a high generally (new stadium confirmed, etc) so they will likely give us a good game.

Looks like we're both on track to sell a lot of tickets which can only make for a great atmosphere.

Really excited for this one. Nothing but football on the brain for the next while.

Given my "record" of finals, I've elected to take one for the team, and not go....thank me later. :D

Na. Get yourself to Wembley, matey.

It's 5 years since Sky had that stupid "count down to extinction" clock up for us. This is our biggest game since then.

We should all be there for it.

Burnley are down. Another big reason I want to go up. One of my favourite fixtures.

SPOILER ALERT!

I was* trying to do the Likely Lads thing** and avoid the score

*As I usually do, I find it makes MotD at least 15x better

Ah no worries, it was always likely they'd go down. I assume, the weather being nice, we'll get to see Vinny Kompany doing his full Kendall-off-Succession impression.

Also been a bit weird this season wanting them to do well because Traf was in goal. As soon as they dropped him, I could once more delight in their failures.

TBF DSB, they spent all day avoiding Radio, TV and the Newspapers. I reckon if it got an update, they might include football forums too! :-)

I've yet to see us victorious!

Had tickets last year and failed a late fitness test with 'flu...and voila, 4-0.

:-)

Welcome back, btw.

My 60th birthday is on Saturday. I've decided not go. No one I know understands why. But, it makes sense to me!

Footie is a funny old game, isn't it?

We spend all year hoping for opportunities like this. 90 minutes from promotion. A chance to recreate 2001, 1995 (but hopefully with less drama). I'm not old enough to remember anything earlier.

I'll be there. And because I'm generally a glass half full kinda guy I'm thinking it's a no-lose scenario.

We either get promoted. Or we stay down and win more games than we lose (which is my only requirement for a good season).

In an ideal world we go up and end up winning more than we lose.

Plymouth was a bloody good day out. Helped by being so far ahead so early. It would be superb to recreate that.

Well I'd love to go but I can't make it. To those who are going have the best day ever, win or lose 😁
