do anybody know if there is someone who re-transmit BBC radio ?
becouse they use to make it impossible to listen for IP outside the UK...for the time they commenting fotball... between 16.00-18.00

Never tried it myself but I presume you need to 'spoof' your IP address. There's some info on how to do it here. If it doesn't work though, don't blame me. Let us know how you get on.
