Re: Al-Habsi to leave
Just curious - has anyone seen Bogdan play? Any insiders know what his form is like on the training ground?
Re: Al-Habsi to leave
yeah - he deputised for Jussi when he served his 3-match sending off ban - and also for the cup game at Soton... he didn't let anyone down and was very impressive - commanded the area well and seemed to have good distribution...nashville_wanderer wrote:Just curious - has anyone seen Bogdan play? Re: Al-Habsi to leave
Will any of the current playing staff want to go? Perhaps Cohen and Riga? Samuel?
Actually we could threaten to sell Elmo to him unless he signs a new deal!

Strongly fancied for the Bristol Rovers job.
Re: Al-Habsi to leave
Is this the team he'll bring back to the Reebok and beat us with? Especially after he said that's what he was going to do?
Pfffft.

DARREN Patterson has been installed as the early favourite to succeed Paul Trollope at the Memorial Stadium.
The Northern Irishman was placed in charge of team affairs on a temporary basis yesterday and immediately installed as 2/1 favourite to land the job by Victor Chandler.
The biggest mover on the first day of betting, however, was former Leicester boss Martin Allen, who started as a 12/1 shot before ending it as a 5/1 chance.
A number of potential candidates with Rovers connections also make up the field with varying degrees of favouritism. Former Pirates defender Keith Curle is an 8/1 chance to leave his role as assistant manager at QPR to take up the reigns. Prices can also be had on Ray Graydon (14/1), Geriant Williams (20/1) or Gerry Francis (25/1) making a return to the Memorial Stadium.

not much to choose between them... you'd be hard pressed to separate them with a fine toothcomb....

It's a catch 2 situation though, we could be out of the fire and into the thermos.
These last 2 aren't in common circulation but are just two of the utterances a work colleague of mine comes out with on a regular basis.
