They're a good, respected club challenging for trophies - something you've not been for a long while.

He deserves, and will get, a top four club. So he won't be going to Arsenal or Spurs. Bye.

we are a top four club.....last time I checked we have finished in the top 4 in the last 15 years. If 3 games in the new season have killed our status the last 15 years, then i dont know what to say

I know it's "Caught Offside " but here it is:

Or then again:

Then yet again:

I think he'll still be with us on Thursday morning.

we had too many players out and in the end it was good resiult because we have signed 3 players since and more are coming. But you guys tried to fleece us knowing we are desperate and played yourself here. Because now Spurs will know you have 24 hours to do a deal or lose him for free. Good luck to Cahill though, he has handled himself like a pro unlike your clown chairman
Never knew 8-2 to be a good result... What would a poor result looked like?

the poor result was against Udinese - when they won - thus convincing Wenger that they were world-beaters again and that oxtail-chamberpot was all they needed....

Sky Sports sources understand that Arsenal are no longer interested in signing centre-back Gary Cahill from Bolton.

Are you and Gary mates or something? How do you know, that if he's still here after the window, we'll not open contract talks. Doesn't mean we won't sell him in January, but it means he won't be leaving on a free.

Is it April 1st already or has Wenger really signed Per Mertesacker?

Per Mertesacker makes perfect sense as a CB partner for Squillaci (another "past it" CB). With Wenger being from Alsace-Lorraine a franco/teutonic partnership in the heart of his defense vindicates his upbringing in that contested German/French/German/(now) French province. Can't be any other reason for this?

We've been offered £15 mil off Tottenham before and were stupid enough to say no.
Take the money and move on. The entire team was affected at the weekend with all the speculation.
The club is bigger than the player.
