I think Monty, that it's last place at christmas. Only West Brom have escaped relegation after being last at crimbo.
Indeed but West Brom weren't bottom on 31st december that year were they?!

Who knows
Yes, they were.

Aye, but there's ALSO a New years day 'curse' that isn't as popular.

Not overly clear that. Looks like you have Liverpool down for an away win at Blackburn? They have the FA Cup semi on Saturday, can only see a weakened side being fielded....plus the way their playing, even if it was full strength they'd still lose.

No chance there, teams like Wigan and QPR are on form, Wigan mighty unlucky to lose today. It's going to be a far higher points tally than that to stay up.

Sorry the spaces I put in haven't come out too well. The type has come together. I have Blackburn getting 1 point v Liverpool. But it all conjecture.

Actually, may have misread the post. Still think Rovers will get all 3 against Liverpool.

Like I said all conjecture, Wigan unlucky against a weakened Chelsea, 7 changes they made. They've been unlucky all season. thats why they are where they are, hopefully it keeps up.
Also Bolton were on form until today!!!!!!!!

These points predictors arent really gonna mean anything though are they? its like doing 6 accumulators in a row. football is weird and there will be plenty more crazy results before this season comes to an end

After todays performance I don't see where we are going to get any more points at, hopefully I'm wrong but I fear the worst

Not that I'm upset about it, but fckg hell Wigan were poorly served by the referee/linesman yesterday.

The truth is that we should be out of sight, below Wolves even, given our ineptitude this season & it's a miracle we have even a faint chance of staying up.

That, really, is down to St. Owen, his tactical ineptitude and inability to have a real team-spirit .... any 'fight' in the players. Cetainly Holden & Lee's injuries have not helped but we are shite.

Man Utd take the lead against QPR with a dodgy penalty, which was offside as well into the bargin.

Lee Mason the ref is from Bolton...
