Bloody hell. People bitched and whinged about the old Reebok kits. Now we've got adidas, and most people praised it at the time. Now people are whinging again. Redicoulous.

Redonkulous
Training stuff is good though. If they've done similar things with the shirts then I'll be happy.
Can only be better than that shower we've had for the last few seasons, I mean who was in charge of designing the 'sports bra' one? Or the one you could put you're cigs in the pocket?

Good? Wouldn't go quite as far as that. In fact it looks rather like Adidas's rioterwear range from last year.TKIZ! wrote:Training stuff is good though

But..but..it's still shitetruewhite15 wrote:Bloody hell. People bitched and whinged about the old Reebok kits. Now we've got adidas, and most people praised it at the time. Now people are whinging again. Redicoulous.
Edit: Actually Owen's sweater for next year is probably the best of the bunch. Hope they keep it simple for the kit itself.

It's just an opinion.truewhite15 wrote:Bloody hell. People bitched and whinged about the old Reebok kits. Now we've got adidas, and most people praised it at the time. Now people are whinging again. Redicoulous.
Tbh I liked the vast majority of the recent years Reebok training AND playing shirts.
Think this lot is shite (so far) though.

I like a few bits in there. Not so keen on the badge though, looks like a child has cut it out and stuck it on with a pritt stick!

More bobbins in the land of "Overdesign"
It's not a question of who designed it being shite (Adidas or Reebok), it's a case of what they're designing being shite. When the first shite bit you notice isn't a big odd-shaped blob with 188 on it, then you know there's a problem.
Why the fook don't they keep simple things, simple?

It's all looking very unplanned

Guess what?
After all my moaning I've still been down and purchased a polo.
Looks better in real life to be honest.

If you're asking if it looks good, I wouldn't say I really looked as don't like that sort of stuff but can't say it stood out as any better or worse than the lot.

Re: The New Kit Thread
Clearly taken in the shop. The training shirt.
To be fair, a white version of that for the match strip, ESPECIALLY if the orange blob was made dark blue, & I could quite like it.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Agree with this. On the training kit what are those white bits by the armpits. It's like someone wants to highlight armpits. Why?Worthy4England wrote:More bobbins in the land of "Overdesign"

More optimistically, I think the Germany training kit is similar to this. Hopefully we get something very similar (i.e. as plain as) the German kit.
The players you fail to sign never lose you any money.

Yes wondered if the trackie looked quality? Saw no training shorts though on website? Looks like some on mannequin though?
